The staff were nice, and the location is good if you want to visit the Vatican but pretty far from the rest of the famous sites The room was poorly maintained and not very clean. The furniture was old, and the shower was so small that it felt claustrophobic when the door was closed. The room access code also raised some concerns. It appeared to be a generic code that the staff knew, which made us feel less secure. Additionally, despite what was advertised, there was no reception or luggage storage available. To make matters worse, the price was far too high for what was offered. We stayed at another hotel in Rome the following night for the same price and received a significantly better room and overall experience. As it stands, the quality of this accommodation does not justify its cost.

Location and clean good air con Being charged 100 euro for late check in. Advertised as a BnB but no breakfast. I feel it is misleading. This is a room in the middle of a residential block.

Beautiful, clean accommodation in a lovely part of the City. Very near The Vatican Museums. Should we ever return to Rome, we would stay here again. Nothing to dislike!

N/A Entering our room was a bit challenging. In the absence of a reception area arrangements had to be made I advance for somebody to be there to open doors. This must be clarified up front.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well located for visiting Rome. Our experience with the check-in was very stressful. Our flight was delayed because of bad weather, which was completely out of our control, and we informed the host as soon as possible. We also accepted the €45 late check-in fee after 11 PM. However, throughout the evening we felt a lot of pressure from the host regarding our arrival time. At no point before booking was it clearly stated that check-in would no longer be possible after 1 AM. We were repeatedly encouraged to take an expensive taxi even though we had already found another way to reach the property. Fortunately, Riccardo was very kind and waited for us despite the delay, and we appreciate his help. But overall, the communication around the late check-in made the situation much more stressful than necessary after an already exhausting journey.

Location excellent. Since the door on the bedroom lock broke the owner has lied repeatedly on review websites. Claiming we were refunded by booking.Cohen we were not. Claiming we did not call an emergency number when we called the number listed and messaged repeatedly. These are not honest or reliable hosts. They will misrepresent their property and their behaviour. We also suspected the owners were actually living in a section of what is actually a large apartment not a B&B. (And there is no food). They have also replied to reviews claiming we broke the door lock. The reason pictures posted speak for themselves

The location is great, very close to Vatican City and other major attractions. The property is safe , an external door plus the apartments entry door then your own room door…. Means there are 3 keys to navigate! Inside the room is of adequate size, bathroom with a shower . Lots of restaurants nearby and access to the metro. The bed is horrendous VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and needs replacement asap , also the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, heavy and I didn’t sleep for any of my stay. There is no kettle/coffee machine, cups, glasses which is quite unusual . Items which are generally in rooms of this type were not available making it difficult to endure. I would not recommend this property as there is nothing comfortable about it, after a long day sightseeing , walking for miles you need a comfortable bed and to be able to sleep.

All good! The location is perfect, nearby everything and you can go walking in all touristic attractions. Nothing!

The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom could do with a little more light.
