The owner was so attentive and so lovely!! It was my boyfriends 30th and I had got in touch for some decorations which was all set up for us getting there. The place was a good location only about 15 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica. We weren’t on any understanding it was a shared kitchen I was under the impression it was a full apartment from the pictures and as Scottish people there was no channels on the TV with English speaking

Valerio is an amazing host and very helpful too. If you need any help he will respond promptly. Definitely one of the best interaction with a host I ever had. Rooms are great, modern and big enough to accomondate your needs. I really liked bathroom too. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Location is perfect. There's a nearby Metro station, you can take trains straight to Termini station. Vatican is about 10 minute walk. There are many good restaurants in the area too. Definitely worth every penny! I'm definitely coming back. N/A

Valerio is an exceptional host who truly pours his heart into his work, always striving to make every guest feel welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better for our needs. Bonus point for the excellent italian breakfast

Valerio (owner) & his staff amazing, the place is cozy and super clean ,the location totaly great .All transportation & Vatican 5' away !!Great stay...I recommend The mattress needs to be changed ( ok but a bit overused)...I suggest In front of the sofa to have a small table so someone can place his/her drink or coffee
