We spent one‑month travelling around Italy, and we had lovely experiences with many B&B hosts. However, Lybua and Marco stand out above all the rest. We stayed here for four nights. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, and it is exceptionally clean. It is around a 10‑minute walk to the Vatican Museum. A metro stations, wonderful restaurants, convenience stores and a well‑stocked supermarket are all nearby. Still, what impressed us most was Lybua and Marco’s warmth, sincerity and wonderful hospitality. Everything was perfect from the very moment we arrived. The breakfast every day was plentiful and delicious — Lybua is an amazing cook. Thanks to their recommendations, we visited many unique‑character churches across Rome. If the maximum score were 10, we would gladly give them 20 points or even more. We hope to come back to Rome with our family and stay here again. none

We absolutely loved our stay with Lyuba and Marco! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the hosts, who made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was a real highlight, an amazing spread of fresh, homemade food, beautifully prepared and full of delicious local touches. The hosts’ recommendations were also invaluable. We hadn’t planned our trip to Italy in much detail, and they went above and beyond to help guide us on the best places to visit, both in Rome and further afield. Their local knowledge really helped us make the most of our time. Most of all, we loved getting to know our hosts. Their warmth, generosity and genuine enthusiasm made our stay feel really special. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at VATICA B&B Roma was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Marco and Lyuba, made us feel as warm and comfortable as if we were at home. By the end of our stay, they felt like an extended family to us. Their kindness, genuine care, and attention to every detail went far beyond what we expected. They were always thoughtful, helpful, and eager to make sure we had the best possible experience in Rome. It was clear that they are not simply running a business—they are passionate about creating a welcoming home for every guest. After we arrived, they provided us with excellent recommendations for authentic local restaurants. They helped us make a reservation at a fantastic neighborhood restaurant, and on our very first evening, Lyuba even walked us there personally to make sure we found it without any trouble. That level of hospitality is incredibly rare and immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible breakfast, especially on the morning of our departure. It was, without a doubt, the best breakfast we had during our entire trip to Italy. Every dish was prepared with high-quality organic ingredients and featured authentic Roman flavors. It was so delicious that it made us wish we could stay even longer! To make our last day even more enjoyable, Marco and Lyuba generously offered complimentary luggage storage, allowing us to explore Rome freely without having to carry our bags. This thoughtful gesture gave us several extra hours to enjoy the city completely stress-free and was yet another example of their exceptional hospitality. We feel truly blessed to stay here. Marco and Lyuba made us feel less like guests and more like family. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine friendship made our visit to Rome even more special. We will definitely return on our next trip to Rome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful B&B to anyone looking for exceptional place to...

EVERYTHING possible about this lovely B&B hotel was FABULOUS - from the location to the awesome breakfast to the generosity of the most welcoming hosts. They also greatly assisted with our travel arrangements during the stay and were very helpful with touring Roma. Our daughter felt we were in a "luxurious" hotel. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We now have a home in Roma and will most definitely recommend Vatica B&B to friends and family. Hope to see you sometime in the near future. Ciao bella!

walking around Rome was a little hard because of the heatwave in Italy & Europe. Our host did a good job trying to make us comfortable in the heatwave with air-conditioning.

I loved everything about our two bedroom stay. The beds and pillow were comfortable the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Lyuba, there are not enough words to describe her as a host and as a person. The breakfast was exceptional she was very helpful with details on tours taking the Metro and just a good-hearted person. Marco's kindness & help with navigating ubers and taxis were very informative as well. Our location was walking distance to the Vatican Museum plenty of restaurants and pastry shops. walking around Rome was a little hard because of the heatwave in Italy & Europe. I stayed at Vatica for 2 nights with my sisters and we were positively impressed with the size of the room. Loved the high ceiling. Everything was there for a comfortable stay, but what made our experience amazing was the hospitality of Lyuba and Marco. They run everything smoothly and really take care of all their guests. Lyuba is clearly in love with Rome and you can tell by the way she described hidden treasures and made recommendations of sights. I even suggested that she adds cicerone to her B&B services, especially for Italian speaking guests. I highly recommend this place and sure plan to book it again when fate brings me to Rome again.

Outstanding: comfortable rooms, very clean and aesthetic, great homemade breakfast made with fresh farm produce from the family's farm, and above all, great helpful hosts. Located a few minutes' walk from the Vatican, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Lyuba and Marco were fantastic hosts! They were very welcoming, helped us navigate the city - between visiting the Vatican, to where the best places to eat would be. They went above and beyond to treat my family with snacks on the go and having treats available for the kids. Would highly recommend this booking.
