The location is good.. the place is good .. The place of ac is not on the center so if feels hot .theres a lot ants ? I don’t know where did they come from ..

Easy to park I have a rental car you can park in the street. Just pay the meter. Make sure they give you the rooms all in the back they give me the first room and it was very noisy, but I love the place beautiful inside

There was not hot water at 11 pm and that was a little unconfortable , the guy i called was a bit rude and told me the problem was that i was taking a shower at that time ( i should be able to take one anytime i feel like right ) . Other then that ot was fair , the front desk guys were polite - another thing is the bell kept ringing at the front desk and it was soo loud and it was late at night . I would not go back there . Also there was some strange pipes with scotch tape coming out of hole in the wall next to the toilette

Staff was helpfull Bedroom with strong sewage smell. Bathroom door closes and drains shut. Still strong stinky smell. Water needs pump to get to the last floor. Everytime it started it was noisy. People smoking in the room under ours. Th8s woman was with her window open and the smokel would go up and hit our ac unit. Typical addicted unpolite behavior. I do not recommend this place. It was an emergency due to a booking mistake for another place but I wouldn't do it again.

The staff was attentive and polite. The owner tried very hard to please. Very good location to the train station only 5 minutes The furniture is old and not in the best condition, the soundproofing is poor.

hotel for one night good location cheaper than others there was no hot water the administrator knew that there was none but turned it on after a request. The water is turned on from the room in which people were staying and he opened their door and turned on the boiler.... the water appeared only after 15 minutes it is very bad to deliberately not turn on the hot water

Awesome place, close to the train station. The Bangladeshi guy was very helpful and kind. They let us leave the bags beforehand, so we could go around Rome.

Close to Termini Station Shared bathrooms are dirty and need maintenance.

Nothing In my life I travel a lot but i am not getting hotel like this. No receptionist in the reception. Water stop so many times. No hot water, wifi without connection. If any problems no receptionist even they are not receiving your phone.

The only good thing is Location that is near the termini station Nothing. We booked it just to stay for a night to catch an early morning flight. It was mentioned that there is a lift, which only goes till 4 floor then you need to pull you luggage 1 more floor which was nowhere mentioned, room was shady and smelly. Front desk asked me to pay extra for late checkin and was very rude. Never book by looking at the photos as they don’t match the property at all.
