Great host, the location is very close to the central station. Nothing to add here.

The property is ideally located within few minutes walking from Termini. The check in was so easy and communication went extremely good

The location. The host. Being charged for late check in honestly. I booked the whole day arrived arround 01:30 and was charged extra 20 eur. The minimal kits not available in the accommodation. No coffee, no water.... Normally these are provided in normal accommodations..

First of all, we like that Massimo the host is very responsive. He is respectful, provided needed information, and eager to assist when needed. His wife Nancy is equally friendly and available when needed. The room was clean and the temperature comfortably regulated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and made sleeping easier. There were wall electric plugs by each side and an adapter is provided. The elevator was convenient after a long day of travel. The location is great for food, shopping, and the Rome Termini station. We have kept this place in our future go-to accommodation list when back in Rome.

Our host Massimo was super sweet, very responsive and attentive. Upon arrival we’ve received the warmest welcome and a very detailed walkthrough of all the facilities. At 9 pm my room card wasn’t working and i was worried I’m gonna sleep on the street if the host does not respond. But upon messaging Massimo responded immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We also had a destination wedding in Umbria 2 days after and knowing this, we discovered flower pedals on our bed after room service! This was just a really sweet touch from the host. In Rome there are many stays that are convenient, quiet, and clean, but the amazing hosts are what truly made this place special!

The smell in the bathroom due older plumbing.

It is close to Tremini train station. Could walk to main attractions. Room was big and clean. Clean towels everyday and room cleaned. Owner was very welcoming and helpful with late check-in. Good communication with owner before and during stay. Nothing

Centrally located, 5 mins walk from Termini. With Super hosts, this hotel is small and cozy (4/5 rooms). Rooms are cozy, very well lit and clean.

The location was very convenient, close to Termini but far enough to avoid the negative aspects of Termini. It was very clean and the proprietor very pleasant and accommodating (no pun intended). Bed was not super comfortable, but fine for a short stay.

A clean, quiet stay just a 4-5 minute walk from Rome Termini station with wonderful Massimo and his wife at the front desk. There was good communication from the property and also a nice personal touch as they left some fresh fruit and water for us on arrival when we arrived late from the airport.

The location is very close to Roma Termini 5 minute walk and easy with 3 luggages The room is spacious and the bathroom very clean The elevator is a bit complicated with luggages but that’s the only downfall

The room was spotless clean and VERY vast Bathroom was large too. We were told we got the biggest room. It is very close to the Termini station and there are many restaurants and facilities nearby Water pressure in the shower was low No special view from the window, just very close buildings

Perfect location.

Room was clean and house owner was helpful. Room is just like in the pictures. It is 3 min walk to Termini station, we used the metro to go Vatican, Trevi Fountain etc. Basically use the metro at start, then walk to nearest places. Location is not so safe especially towards midnight. Luckily we had not experienced something bad, but we were always on the alert.
