Wi-Fi signal gets lost, the A/C didnt cool as it should and the fridge wasn't cold. Plus no ice machine and no phone inside the room to call the front desk.

It was only 10 minutes away from the train station. There was so much cute local restaurants and Rome is very walkable from where we stayed. Nothing

Love the staff especially the morning breakfast The air condition doest work. Im diabetic and i could have a heat stroke in the room its that bad . I open the window i end up having mosquitos in room. It was an awfully place to stay with medical issues specially when you need air conditioning.

Breakfast was ok except the morning when a guest put a croissant back in to the glass covered case with his bare hands. All food should be packaged or handed out by staff. Location was less than mile from Roma Termini. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It's one of many that bought "floors" of an out-of-business hotel and it is still being refurbished. 1st night a/c did not work nor frig and I had to throw out food, bath fan made rattling noise. Wi-fi did not work properly, a/c did not work, my shower was clogged and I was standing in someone else's hair and gook! Work proceeded until 10pm at night. The "lift" was old and dirty and if someone on another floor did not shut the door properly, it would not work.

Nice clean room, smart TV but very small. Close to the station. Almost no hot water in the shower, like so little you can hardly get wet. It was a joke.

The accommodation is worth the price – decent and tidy for a place to sleep. The toilet was also ok, you can smell a strange smell, but it's not that unpleasant. Note: If it matters to you, the room didn't have a safe. Right next to the hotel there is a snack bar where you can get coffee to go and something to eat in the morning, there is also a mini market. It is important to note that there are several hotels in the same building, so don't be confused by that. The rooms are located on the fifth floor, while the reception is on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the building, which makes access easier. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, which further contributes to a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very well located , near to the train station as well as other shops and cafes. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was great, the only thing is that the bathroom appeared to have some slight mould on the ceiling . Otherwise perfect.
