They charge you city tax for a 4 star hotel but the facilities are not at par to a 2 star hotel. Lift didn't work properly. Air conditioning made my family sick.

Are room smelled like poop everyday. The toilet didn’t flush properly which meant actual poop was floating in it at all times. We informed the people working twice but it was never truly fixed. The room had stains on the ceilings and walls.

Their elevator most of the time did not work. We were told that they did not turn their AC until June!! My aunt complained enough about her medical condition and finally turned on the AC. This should be mentioned in their description of the hotel. Perfect location to catch the local trains. Go to Fondi for breakfast. Local owner and notva tourist trap.

Nothing This was not a 3 star facility. Was dirty. Scary unkept. They window opened to a communal drain or gutter. The facility was exceptionally deceptive. The toilet did not flush. The shower was pathetic and dirty. The bed was so old and run down.

Location near Termini was OK, also some shops and nice restaurants, The stuff was helpful, room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed (although it was not really necessary), as well as they provided soap and shampoo every day. Bed was OK. Reception desk is opened 24h/day. Aircon and TV was there although we didn't tested them. Room is of micro-size. If we had larger suitcase I couldn't imagine where shall I put it. There was no fridge and kettle, as it was promised in the description on Booking.com. Furniture was worn-out, shower cabin was falling apart, mold and wires hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. Wi-fi connection was poor - it worked properly only from time to time. There was no glass to put toothbrush in it. Considering the price this was very expensive option, I certainly expected more. Average Booking score of 6 is very generous in my opinion.

Location is great, even though it was near the train station, which is known to be a not quite save place. We stayed with my friend there for 6 days and everything was great: clean bathroom and beds, available towels, working hair dryer, and view from the balcony was incredible. Reception was working 24/7 which is handy. We enjoyed a lot. Not available kettle and in the room, and there were no place to let your wet clothes dry.

Very dark, bathroom smelled bad, sewer like. Shower drain clogged, took time for water to run down. No soap or shampoo

Great location, very clean room. I am a very light sleeper, so some noises from hotel and from outside were troublesome for me. But it was not something very bad.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible , it didn’t stop our entire trip , the room is not the same as the hotel’s pictures
