Shower is very small and being 6'6" tall almost impossible for me to enter and not hit my head on the nozzled.
-
Location was great & staff was very friendly, even made us coffee We didn’t like the shared kitchen space and the shower was tiny.
-
Loved staying at the Federici Guest house. Great location - nearby restaurants and cafes as well as St. Peter's and the Vatican. Emy was so helpful getting us taxis and making us coffee in the morning. She is a delight ! I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay there

Thank you fabio and ami

Fantastic location just in front of the metro, short walk from plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within the immediate vicinity. Convenience store next door to the building and a fresh drinking water fountain for refills. With only 5 rooms it’s nice and quiet with a small kitchen equipped with essentials and sitting area. The maid Ellie was very hospitable and gave us great tips for eating locally which did not disappoint! Would return. The property itself is on the 3rd floor of a residential building with a lift that was mostly broken for the time we were there but this didn’t bother us so much. You can’t be picky as it lives up to expectations for what it is… a well priced guest house in a great location.

Nice location, cosy and friendly place where you feel at home. Emy is wonderful! Super nice and helpful.

we would definitely come back and a big thank you to Fabio and Emy. Roger and Gabrielle Bournemouth UK.

Everything is Perfect, except the bathroom is a little bit small. Amy is really helpful and nice. The location is really convenient.

The rooms were only a short walk from the Vatican Museum, in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was super friendly. I left my passport there by mistake. He was out of town, but was able to get someone to confirm that it was there and then arranged to get it to me in Florence. Nice sitting room for guests. It was a little hard to find when we first arrived after an overnight flight.

Federici is well situated for those planning to take in the must-see sights, including the Vatican City and its museums, with access across from the Ottaviano subway station on the A line. For sights such as Trastevere, Fabio's place is well served by taxis at reasonable rates (download the Itaxi software!) The room 5 that we rented for our family of three with adult daughter, was small but Fabio's large common area beside it was perfect for lounguing between outings with a glass of wine and it provided a chance to chat with other guests. But what makes this stay one that goes beyond simply being a place to lay your head is the host. We had the misfortune of losing one of our credit cards. Normally that is not a big deal, except in our case, our accommodations in Florence and Venice were at risk of being cancelled if the card was reported lost. Fabio, being a generous soul, jumped onto the phone to help us unilingual Canadians navigate through officialdom. He spent 30 mins of his own busy time to see things straightened out. As well, he tended to our daughter, by serving her with a hot lemon drink, which relieved her jet-lagged tummy. Such a pleasure to be in the hands of such a warm-hearted host so many thousands of miles from home! Nothing I can think of.

The property was clean and easy access. Kitchen had snacks and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms were cleaned daily. No issues

Everything was great. Brilliant location right at the Ottaviano station. Clean, tidy, generous room (with AC), bathroom, TV, shared kitchen (fully equipped) and shared lounge. The host was brilliant with communicate and gave us a great map with suggestions on where to go and timing. Zero. Only suggestion would Maybe a washing machine but not a deal breaker as there was a place around the corner.
-
Great location. Literally right outside the entrance/exit for Ottaviano. Room and entire guesthouse kept immaculate by the really friendly cleaner lady. Will definitely stay there again It took me 5mins to find it. But that was completely my own fault not looking at the property properly

Exceptional

It is a nice flat just in front of the metro station which makes it convenient to move around the city. It is quiet and clean too. The building is pretty old and the lady who runs the house although polite and friendly doesn’t speak English.

Superb

Great location, comfortable bed, great staff. - I liked everything but it would be great if the shower had another type of shower head, not just the one from the ceiling.
-
Very clean and quiet place, very friendly host. Big like to Ms Emi, she can give you hints for places where to eat in the area and she makes a great coffee. Location is near the metro station and in Rome you can visit everything if you go by metro. We enjoyed every minute spent here! Nothing

I really liked how friendly both Fabio and Emy are. Truly great and made us feel welcome straight away. They gave us great recommendations on local places to eat and visit. Would highly recommend staying here as it’s also close to the Vatican and other main attractions N/A

Everything was very comfortable and clean, even if we were a small group of girls we felt safe there. And the lady who takes care of the accommodation was extremely friendly and helpful.
