The hotel is great! The hosts are wonderful. Simple, but very pleasant and cozy. The most appealing part is the proximity to the subway and the Vatican — you can enjoy nice evening walks. Andrea makes an excellent espresso (if you ask).

The were people talking until 5:00am. They were across the street at the green door.

I liked all: the host, Andrea, was very kindly and helpful, the location is amazing, very close to the metro station and to the Vatican, it is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas of Rome. We didn't have anything to not like, it was a wonderful vacation, due to our host and location also

It’s centrally located near the Vatican so it was easy to find everything. The AC doesn’t get too cold and you can’t leave it on without the key to the room so you aren’t able to leave it on and come back a nice cold room. It takes a while to get the room to a cool temperature so that was little inconvenient

Very big room, good location (very near to subway station), nice neighborhood. Breakfast served in room, good choice of food. Near the property there is a pub crowded until early morning. If you cannot sleep with noise, use of earplugs are highly recommended.

The room was very spacious and the staff was adorable. Additionally, the location is really great (beside the metro and walkable distance from the Vatican and the Centro Storico). The ratio price/quality is excellent. According to the friend who stayed with me, the area is a bit noisy - but as I sleep with earplugs I was not bothered at all. The bathroom was a bit outdated (but then given the offered price, it is acceptable). Limited options for breakfast but you get served a fried egg and a ham and cheese toast that are warm and homemade if you ask for it, so not bad either.

The Staff,Andrea, was very helpful and accommodating.He assisted us very well during our stay. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is served on time as requested. What i like the most was it is strategically located close to Vatican City, many restaurants nearby and as well to subway station. The walls are not soundproof so you can hear the noise from the corridors.

Andrea the host was so helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Lovely little apartment - very clean and comfortable. Andrea also offered and gave us permission to store our luggage after we checked out which we were most grateful for. The location was excellent too- right beside Ottaviano Metro Station and just around the corner from the Vatican. Coffee shop next door and right beside a lovely shopping district.

Great location, the served breakfast in the room was all in all ok. 1) Not properly clean(ed) 2) breakfast is served in the room 3) no proper glasses are in the room offered, only plastic! on the one hand, absolutely not environmentally conscious, on the other hand, i had never experienced this anywhere else in the world 4) bathroom needs a renovation

Everything is organized and it s near metro and st. Peter’s square.

The breakfast wasn't good and I could only choose two itens from the list they gave us.

The bedroom was nice and big, the beds were good, we stayed 2 nights and that was good enough, the bathroom was ok, had space to put your stuff in, breakfast was nice! Good to start the day. The instructions on how to get there and everything was amazing! Had no issues finding the place and getting into our bedroom and location was great! Walking distance to the Vatican. The shower was just a bit small if you are used to big showers and the water dripped a bit in the floor.

Location was great. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Breakfast - very good options offered as room service. Too much construction work going everywhere in Rome due to Gubilee 2025

Very cozy, clean, stylish and comfortable place at a great location. Service is excellent and we had a superb time at Home 103!

The location was ideal for me, accessibility to get in and out was fantastic. Very clean room, clean building. The room had an air conditioner in it but it was not cooling the room, the cool air never circulated in the room. We were left to get a table top fan/ventilator to circulate the cool air in order to be comfortable in the room especially at night. Also, we paid for breakfast throughout our stay but we only got one breakfast request form on the first day.
