The bed only was made with a top sheet. A blanket or duvet would have been nice as it would have been a little more comfortable.

The location, the staff was amazing, very prompt and responsive, very helpful and very easy to work with That there was no shampoo (but also I didn’t ask, maybe they could help me with that)

We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised WiFi and air conditioning. Instead, we were met with a completely unacceptable experience. The air conditioning did not work at all, and this was never communicated to us in advance. We only discovered it after a sleepless, uncomfortable night. If we hadn’t asked for an electric fan ourselves, we wouldn’t have slept at all. On top of that, the bidet was leaking excessively—far beyond what could be considered normal or usable. We reported it and requested a repair, but no one ever came to fix it before we checked out. That level of neglect is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the WiFi was absolutely terrible.

The walls

It was very noisy you could literally hear everything that happend in the hallway and other rooms. Our window didnˋt close properly and some other furniture parts seemed to be falling apart.

Adrian was really nice and helpful, the property is as describe and, both the building and the area feel safe. It has been well thought for a short stay and it is close to the Vatican and to great restaurants. Ottaviano metro station is literally around the corner and it is an easy connection through Roma Termini back to Fiumicino. If you are a light sleeper, pick the rooms in the third floor they are better, more confortable and more modern than the ones in the first floor. We requested to be changed and they were nice enough to provide us with a room in the third floor, it was a game changer and the reason why we would stay again there. The rooms in the first floor are noisy because the are directly on the street, so you are not guaranteed a good night sleep and they get hot especially when the weather is changing, winter is not entirely gone and there is no AC.

The room had no AC, we stayed 2 nights and couldn't sleep in the heat. Our vacation was ruined since we were so exhausted from sleepless nights. The owner was not responsive, managing guy kept feeding us with technicians are working on it and stalling time. Our vacation was ruined. Place had no AC in July.

However, the water pressure was very low and the pipes made a continuous weird noise and this was a major discomfort. Also, the walls are really thin, the noise in the building and the cooking smell from the inner courtyard (where the windows open) were pretty bad.

Our window was to the inner yard, so the view was poor and it was noisy in the mornings. Also quite noisy in general as we could hear all sounds in the corridor.

Beds are comfortable, everything was clean. The directions how to get to our room were easy to understand and the staff is there to help you. I would recommend and come again. There wasn't warm water. The water pressure in shower was bad.

It was very clean, smelled good, stuff was very nice, had fresh towels when needed and the location was just perfect. Warm water was very very slow running, you almost could not wash shampoo of your hair and you could hear people in the hall and AC running outside.

The air conditioner was leaking water consistently but the staff did everything they can to fix.

Strong odor every time you walk in to the hallway. Bathroom walls are full of mold which’s very unhealthy to inhale.

The room was not as advertised, needs maintenance and the bedding had stains. The staff did not use the booking.dot.com app to communicate our entry to the premises which resulted in us getting into the apartment quite late. Very disappointing.

Amazing location. Clean and generous room. Fresh linen and good size bathroom. Fridge and amenities were great.
