Very close to both the subway station as well as the Vatican. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Did not have a mini refrigerator.

The location of Hotel Silla was perfect and close to the Vatican. The neighborhood was busy but felt safe at all times. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were so helpful, especially communicating from overseas. Thank you so much for two great stays!

位置非常好,工作人员非常友好,房价干净。

Just steps away from the Vatican. I liked everything.

It was a good spot for a pinch. Clean bed and a regular mattress. The shower was not great. Super tiny and doors that unfolded towards each other to close but never actually closed. No amenities at all.
-
It was very secure. The room was really nice. There was an issue with the air conditioning that didn’t really seem to get resolved.
-
Everything pretty accessible. The steps going to the hall , harder to maneuver luggages. S ramp will be helpful. The doors are a little bit difficult to open with the keys.

The cheapest i found and not bad at all. It also has airconditioning and very near the vatican

It has a wonderful feel to it. I love there is someone at the desk and they both were so nice and helpful. The location is perfect.

I love that it is one of the remaining authentic family inns (Federico is the 4th generation - please keep it running! We'll definitely come back to stay with you again :) ) - it is very clean and we felt very well respected. There is a bakery downstairs, so it smells very nice in the morning :) Maybe some equipment is not very modern, but they work/function fine - I would call it charming and nostalgic! The front desk staff are very nice and we felt like we were coming home to old friends every night :) We also loved the places we dined in the area - the staff are all friendly and welcoming, again feeling like old friends. I also love hooks on the wall in general, and they have a lot of them - I loved that we could just hang our jackets and scarves to keep the room nice and tidy, without needing to open and close the closet each time. Special shout to Federico and Stefano! We already miss chatting with you at the end of the day :) None. I loved them just the way they are.

Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Simple and good value for money. Great location close to the metro, shops and supermarkets. Breakfast wasn’t great

Location! We knew it was walking distance to everything Vatican, but had no idea how many restaurants, cafes and shops would be just outside. It didn't matter which way we turned, there was something good to eat or something to see. I asked my family and none of us could come up with a bad thing to say. There was a little confusion with the car they arranged for us on the way in, but that had to do with our airline losing luggage and messing up our schedule. This in no way reflects on the hotel, but I mention it so that if you're planning on utilize their help with transportation, you might want to build in some extra time for unplanned problems.

Location and staff 3 Star, not 4 Star

It' very close to the metro and the room was clean. Bed was not good. Air conditioning took a long time to get cold. It was loud. You could hear your neighbors walking around and talking in the hall.
-
Close to Metro. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes.
-
clean near to metro

The location was quiet and very conveniently near the metro line to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Termini Station. Also the staff were friendly and helpful, the room always nice and clean, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty! Very convenient to have on a day when we needed to leave town early. The a/c was great to have but it never felt cold (by American standards) in the room. The water in the shower got unexpectedly hot and cold on the final day of our stay but was otherwise fine.
