Very nice, great pool and good breakfast. Very nice staff. New and clean. Great beds.

Good bed. Basic upscale room. Good and helpful staff. Quiet location and perfect room location. 4th floor, all the way at the end, to be away from noisy groups of people, The stupid glass on the bathtub. Every time I took a shower, water on the floor had to be mopped out. Not worth $300 US a night. They charge for everything! A small bottle of water costs 3 euros. Buffet breakfast all across the back, but 80% of the bread items. Eggs cold - Nothing hot for breakfast unless you want bread. Not worth the money of $300 per night. Maybe $200 at best.

Staff was helpful and friendly; breakfast was good quality and variety of choices. The hotel was a good location for our needs.

The staff were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable large rooms with comfortable beds. Easy to get an uber to go to tourist attractions Food wasn’t the best

Everything went well and as expected. The pool, was very nice. The breakfast was awesome. The only minor, and I meant it, really minor issue was the Hotel's location. It would be better to have it closer to the downtown but again, this is relative and it is not a matter for bein concern.

Excellent hotel

The gym equipment are extremely bad quality

The hotel facilities are excellent, with comfortable, modern rooms and the hotel hosts are very attentive and helpful. The hotel location does not feel safe. The hotel faces an almost abandoned looking industrial area that we did not feel comfortable to walk back at night (we took taxis). During the day, it feels ok to walk towards the more residential and commercial area that is 2 blocks to the back of the hotel.

We got a standard room and it was spacious including the bathroom which came with a bath tub. Clean room too. Not exactly a negative thing… The location was okay for us just outside the city but not too far either. My friend and I prefer to be outside the city centers whenever we travel so it wasn’t an issue. Bummed that the room didn’t come with an electric kettle.

Decent room and all cleaned well - parking garage directly accessible. By bus it took 35 mins to piazza Venezia. The breakfast room was extremely noisy and loud and you had to queue quite a while for a coffee. Here would some new interior design really help. Staff at the reception was really welcoming and friendly.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and clean facilities. It’s not very central but you have bus, train and tram nearby.

Bar closes at 10.30 pm , the maroon the room were empty boxes nothing in them

The inter-connecting rooms were exactly what we wanted and were hard to find in Rome The payment for extras such as meals, whilst in the hotel, was not competently dealt with. One payment on a credit card failed to go through, apparently because I had authorised that same card for use whilst in the hotel. Having been told to charge subsequent payments to the room, I was informed two days later that I had exceeded my credit limit. There are learning points for staff here. If there is a credit limit, inform the customer in advance. If the customer exceeds the limit, tell them discreetly, not in front of everyone in the restaurant. I was very embarrassed by this and would not want it to happen to others. Further point: thd breakfast was not as good as at the other H10 Hotel I have visited. There was less variety, little fresh fruit and no low-fat spread. The croissant were small and dry and the range of confitures was limited. The baked beans were frankly awful. The coffee and tea machine did not produce boiling water so it was not possible to make a good cup of tea.

Nice greeting upon arrival and a small gift. Wonderful breakfast The toilet door does not lock, and there are also huge gaps along the edges of the door, no privacy...

The room was good and clean. The staff were helpful. The food was perfect, many options available. Main sightseeings of Rome are not very close, but you can take a bus. The soundproofing is bad. Unfortunately, we could hear our neighbors. Also, some facilities in the bathroom were old.
