It was excellent

clean room, comfortable bed new and clean shower location is not central but very convenient, there are restaurants and shops around, and bus station with direct bus to the center right across the street

Great accommodation at a great price. Although it’s a bit farther from the historic center, the area itself is very peaceful. We were very satisfied, especially thanks to the host, who gave us plenty of tips on where to go and even offered a free breakfast in the bar downstairs. Many thanks, and we hope to come back again in the future!

The location is great, every day cleaning, Giuseppe is a great person who is ready to help you The door in the shower was a little broken and the lid of the toilet as well, but in general it didn't make our journey bad, we liked the stay a lot

We had no issues accessing the room. The breakfast (coffee & croissant) is organized in the partner local bar and is ok. The photos of the property are deceiving. We had a “Double Deluxe Room”. Deluxe does not accurately describe the room. Basic would be appropriate. A plastic sunflowers screen was hiding a laarge water filter. The ends of the heating pipes (probably an older heating system) were sticking out of the wall. The gas meter is in the room inside a cabinet. There was a foul smell when we first entered the room, and the bathroom was stinking really bad. It was late at night but we would have left the place immediately dropping the full amount paid, should I be capable to find a room available nearby. I have eventually covered the shower drain with a wet towel. We have left the room early in the morning and by the end of our stay the odor issues fairly improved.

The room was clean, air conditioner , also free water , coffee set the location, only way how to get to the center or metro is by bus, but you need to wait a long time for it, and if you have a flight at night it will be impossible to get to the airport by public transport, only taxi for 50 EUR also, they cleaned the room while we were in the city, even though we locked the room and thought that no one could enter

Clean and modern Location is a bit far from the metro system and for some reason the busses would not show up in (but perhaps that was our fault).

Great communication with owner, ready to help with any question about public transport or where to eat near apartment.

It's a balanced rapport between the costs and the advantages, considering the prices in Rome. The host is really helpfull and there are ways to get to the center near by. Even the train station can be reached by foot. The cleaning lady comes by every day. There are some things that would make the stay more pleasant. First of all, we had a really low water pressure at the shower, it was kind of difficult to take a proper shower. The bath had a musty smell and the pillows were extremely flat, there was no support for the neck.

We were really pleased with our stay, communication went smoothly and Giuseppe was very flexible with us. Cleaning was amazing and we had everything we needed. Location is not right next to touristy areas but buses run frequently and the neighborhood has many authentic restaurants.

It is in a quiet area, close to bus stations and 10min from metro. The room was very clean and perfectly air conditioned.

Beautiful, clean property! Owner made us feel very welcome and gave good recommendations of restaurants in the area! Manager of cafe near by was incredibly friendly too! Laundromat across the road was super convenient. I believe theres busses close but we walked 15 minutes to the train station and got a quick train to the city centre every day without issue.
