The room felt very comfortable, with characterful decor. Excellent breakfast, great value. Great location walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, Metro at end of street, close to Hop on Hop off bus stop, convenience store and restaurants. We LOVED the terrace even though it was a bit tired, the experience of being outside in the rooftops enjoying a private drink was great. Nice to find a sewing kit in the bathroom along with tissues etc. Compact lift, but got us and bags to the 5th floor easily which we were grateful for. It's not a big flash hotel, rather family owned and run with helpful friendly staff - eg. provided wine glasses and opener The room could be edited of things that don't work, aren't necessary, or up to date

Nothing The hotel is a scam. Nobody was there when we arrived to give us rooms. There did not appear to be anyone else in the hotel.

Staff is kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. No one on duty at night. Dirty room - sheets, bug smashed on wall, bathroom not deep cleaned. Decor is bad.

So much noise also I can hear all noise on the street all night and days causee i cant sleep . People talk and have sex the door i can hear i ask change different room but theydont change . Right now, I am enabled when I come back.I will write them back.Review online one start one Google . The elevator fit one person after 9 30 no work there. So crazy business breakfast not great. Terrible there

This hotel is central to be able to see all the beautiful sights.

Breakfast was just OK. The bath towels were location really high on a shelf and out of reach. I had to stand on a stool to get them - which could be dangerous.

The outside needs a face-lift. The front desk needs to be staffed better, especially early in the morning and later in the evening, for those arriving later. A couple arrived at 8 and the desk and the "emergency number" was not staffed. I happened to be there and opened the door for them. Not sure cleaning staff are available outside of the narrow window when they are on site.

The staff, the comfortable bed and the wonderful air conditioning. The tub and shower were broken but able to shower regardless.

Great location to all the main attractions and bus stops. Easy to get around. They packed a lot into a small hotel. Really cute as my wife would say.

The room was really nice When I needed a bathroom waiting in the lobby. it was downstairs and it had no lock
