Via Veneto Prestige Rooms

This hotel’s location was great and very central to all the attractions we wanted to see during our first time in Rome! It’s very close to the metro which was convenient, the rooms were clean and very spacious and the staff were kind, polite and accommodating. I wish the wifi was a bit stronger in the rooms.

Great location, close to Metro. Very kind and helpful team. The room is not so big, yet great for 1 person, and even 2 persons. Good wifi.

Staff are friendly, nice, accommodating. Location is quit perfect, quiet, but about 5-10 min from the attractions, 2min to metro, it is perfect. Jacuzzi did not feel with water, sink clogging that was not fixed. Last night towels were not replaced, and coffee was not refilled.

Very friendly staff. It had elevator to reach 3rd floor. There was enough space for our suitcases and carry-on. Great to have a fridge ,hot water kettle and espresso machine. Excellent was daily refill of what was used, including water bottles and wafers, as well as espresso capsules.

Location The breakfast was good, but it lacked fresh vegetables. The bathroom was cold, and there were cracking noises during the night coming from somewhere behind the roof.

The room was extremely small and not same as picture shown Good enough for 1 person

The breakfast was pretty much the same every day without much variety in the food, but very fresh and the eggs were made on the spot each day to our liking.

The owner and staff are welcoming, warm and charming people. Every request of ours was handled with love and generosity with a smile.. Highly recommend

Close to everything , key location Everything was perfect !

Great place to stay, clean, comfy, Great service, big room. It's not in the center of everything, but a few minutes walk so it's fine.

Great Location! accessible by foot, bus, metro . Very safe upscale area Beautifully tastefully modern remodel super large rooms. Large bathroom with shower. Safe box and new coffee maker . All together a gorgeous room with tall double glazing windows overlooking a pretty narrow street very quiet at night! Perhaps only Shower door could be changed not to let water out but seriously could not fault anything else. VERY LUCKY to stay here

A few snacks at the check in desk would have been helpful if you leave before breakfast.

The room is styled nicely and spacious. Breakfast was nice. The bathroom was mildewed and smelled bad

The location was excellent, very central and convenient. I liked the overall format of the property ,the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great, especially one member who was extremely helpful and kind. It felt like a quality stay in Rome. The only downside was that we could hear footsteps from the floor above, which was a bit distracting at times.

Roberta & Elena were perfect hosts and Ariel was very efficient and helpful. It was a great stay with them overall.

The air condition was not cold

There was a minor water leak from the AC

Exactly as expected. Very nice and easy check in. Thank you for the early check-in we very much appreciated it.
