Staff was wonderful and friendly. Location is great. We were very disappointed that one of the beds in our EXPENSIVE quadruple room was actually a sofa bed, which obviously is much less comfortable than a real bed.

Close to central station. Only a few blocks walk. Old hotel and very hard to find. Reception is up a flight of stairs within a courtyard. Lift barely holds one person with a suitcase.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean but a bit dated.

The location was amazing, close to some great restaurants and the termini station. We also liked the decorations of the room and everything was clean. The facilities weren't the best- in the first room there was no WiFi signal and the AC was very weak, hence we asked to change the room. In the second room we've got, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. There was an electric power out and there weren't water and electricity for a few hours in the evening (couldn't shower, brush our teeth and the room was very hot).

The location was perfect. Accessible to everything and the central terminal The male reception is not helpful when we checked in. But the lady receptionist during checkout was great and lovely.

Great location, close to Termini station. Clean bathroom. Room was small & aged. Pillows were so dirty, stained. It was just covered with pillow case.

good location close to the station, and with lots of good restaurants nearby. it’s not a classic hotel. it is a couple of levels in an apartment block. it is pricy for what you get, but proper hotels seem to be much more expensive,so it’s a good compromise.

It was close to the train station and it provided enough for a night Shower was not clean, full of mold and a hairball on the wall. Bed not comfortable. Noisy. Left early and couldn't find a way out because the inside door was locked and all the signs on the doors were confusing.we finally ignored the signs and found a way out.

The Hotel was quite basic but it was clean and centrally located. You get what you pay for with city stays! The mattress on the bed wasn’t great.
