The location was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was very easy to get around and it had everything we needed. Everything worked just as it should. I really appreciated our stay. Our room was hot. Like really, really hot. This isn’t really a complaint as we were in Rome during a crazy heat wave, so fair is fair. Other than that, it was a no-frills stay that was perfectly suited to what we needed. Be advised (I’m mostly talking to Americans here) there wasn’t drinking water in the room — it was easy to get some at the grocery next door, so it wasn’t a problem, but I would have grabbed some on the way in if I had thought about it.

The room was clean, the halls and rest were dirty. The staff was supposed to call us a taxi in the.

Excellent, friendly staff and great location near the train station. Typical small European room, bed was comfortable and AC worked great. The breakfast unexpected, it was surprisingly good! The bathroom was tiny, like 3 feet wide, very cramped. But we made it work. Had issues with no hot water a few times but the staff addressed it.

The facilities as air condition power not matched room size

It’s uninspiring - felt like we were in a dorm room. Would only want to sleep here.

Small room. AC not perfect (it was very hot outside, and it never was a nice temperature inside, lower but not perfect). Okej breakfast.

The location, the breakfast, the hotel personal attention’s were super nice! Every thing was good!

The hotel is very good for its value. It has a great location, supportive and friendly staff. The bathroom is slippery, you have to watch out. The breakfast is good, but has not savory products. I wish it had more options.

The location was great on nice street with restaurants and close to Termini. There was a charming courtyard entrance. The tiny ancient elevator was scary but you had to take it with your luggage as hotel was on 4th floor. The reception was tiny and the luggage storage room doubled as breakfast room in morning. It was a continental breakfast- the croissants they offered were pre-packaged and not enjoyable. Also the walls of the room were bare making the small room claustrophobic. If they added some art on the walls would have given it some atmosphere. It was basic but not expensive as rooms in Rome go.

Located close to the train station and many activities. Room not well equipped with soap and shampoo. On day of departure there was no water for showers. The TV remote needed batteries and the office had none.

Great location! Close to the train station and walkable distance (a little long) to the Colosseum and Pantheon. Very clean room and set up was as described. Excellent air conditioning! Good breakfast of croissants and cappuccino with very nice staff.

This is hostel like property, similar in quality with Motel 6 in States. Sketchy area full of foreign individuals, some laying on the street. Unbelievable dirty streets. To get to the reception and to use elevator you have to carry your luggage to floor 1. Small elevator only for 2 people. Very limited choices for breakfast.

Location near the Roma Train Termini was great. Room was clean. Nice friendly staff. Room was pretty quiet even if we were facing the street. The shower is extremely tiny! Air conditioning was flimsy, didn't work well at all. Our room (#415) was much smaller than expected. I didn't like the key system i.e. the A/C cannot continue to refresh the room when we were away. Some lighting didn't work. Breakfast was basic continental (i.e. no eggs). Coffee was excellent though.

Good staff and near Metro subway Minimal breakfast

Easily accessible to the train station and lots of stores and restaurants in the area I feel as if I stayed at another hotel from the reviews and photos. It was clean and I needed somewhere close to the train. That was accomplished.
