Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent location. Curtains covered AC but once realized there were shutters to keep out the light, we opened the curtains and room was more comfortable.

Great location. Staff was a pleasure to deal with. Access to many great restaurants as well as all the famous tourist stops that Rome is noted for. Air conditioning was a little lacking in terms of being able to keep up with the summer heat and humidity.

The location was central, which made it convenient to get to all the sites and shopping. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was above my expectations and delicious. If I am ever in Rome again, I would stay here, without a doubt. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. I am now comparing all my other stays in Italy to Hotel Barocco.
