Location. Needs renovation. Shower and bathroom was terrible
-
Location Old and needs lots of repairs
-
The shower in the room on the higher floor we stayed the first time was too small and compact.
-
Close to the train station. There are a lot of good restaurants. Safety around the station.

Everything was perfect.

Very good breakfast. Close walk to Termini and many locations. It was nice to have desk workers that spoke English and Spanish. The lady from Toscana was wonderful and help me answer many of my questions in Spanish. She helped my group that spoke in English as well. High points to her. Ibrahim helped me to schedule two vans to shuttle us to the airport. He was very helpful. Breakfast charges were confusing. Perhaps my mistake, but I didn´t realize that all my rooms did not include breakfast and had to pay more later. As a customer, I generally don´t like surprises at the end.

When we checked into the hotel, even though we had already paid through Booking.com, the receptionist asked for our credit card details and stored them in the system, explaining that we might damage the room or misuse it. We did not understand the reason for this lack of trust. There was also constant renovation work taking place at the hotel. For four consecutive days, we returned to the hotel between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to rest, but there was continuous drilling and hammering noise. Because of this, we were unable to sleep.

Location Poor maintenance Poor breakfast Unclean corridor

They were doing some work on the elevator (to improve facility) and it was dusty. Inside the rooms you can feel the dust through the air conditioning system. It is something temporary but it affected us. Other than that, it was great!

Great location close to Roma Termini. Nice size rooms and biggest bathroom of our stay. Great restaurants right outside the door. Nothing

Greta location very close to the train station. The staff are very helpful. The room is not large but we find this hotel is a great place to base ourselves in RRome Can't think of anything

We had a double room for 2 nights, good size room, clean room, plenty of storage, bed comfortable, shower was good, location was great as close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast was ok. Did have tea/coffee making facilities in the room (didnt use). NO working air conditioning, very noisey bathroom fan sounded like a jet plane. Breakfast was ok, pastries/crossiant was stale hard not nice, my orange juice came out machine clear, breakfast area was below street level with no windows, steep stairs down, toilet door open just by the stairs to breakfast (not a nice sight!), lobby/reception area was untidy not very welcoming on entry, both sides of reception desk was unsightly with stacked furniture and messy office. There were workers doing installation work/renos in the stairwell and landings. Although the hotel was close to the train station the streets around the hotel were a bit to be desired, didnt feel safe. It was a comfort to know police and army were in the area. Also could hear the tram going past the window. Thought decor dated. Unfortunately would not recommend.

Close to Termini perfect for one night

Very close to Roma Termini

The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The interior of the hotel was run down and in need of much repair. The toiletries were little packets. Barely enough to wash hair, if needed. The breakfast did not offer much in the way of gluten free and they did not provide coffee cups to go. There was also a broken latch on one of our window shutters. The shower and vanity room was small. No counter space of any kind.

Hotel was in a good location with easy access to Metro., Breakfast was awkward and had to go into the basement which was a struggle for my wife and definitely not an accessible hotel even though they attempt to be one. The street dinning and size of room.
-
Good aircon, large hard bed and convenient location. It had all the essentials and did them well. The breakfast was also good. No fancy extras.

Completely disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a larger room, but when we arrived, we were told it had been given to someone else and were placed in a tiny room instead. There was barely enough space to open our suitcases comfortably. Despite the downgrade, the hotel refused to offer any refund, discount, or compensation. The receptionist was polite, but the manager was extremely unhelpful and unreasonable. The lobby itself was dirty, cluttered, and gave a very poor first impression. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and misleading room situation.
