Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The entrance could be a bit better as first impression is not great but the room is perfect

Location was close to roma terminal, the toilet was clean and the lights and power outlets were working in the apartment Not be rated a 4 star it is more like a service apartment, The lifts stopped working for 3 days, The front door is unsafe, This place doesn't equal 4-star hotel i feel scammed. Booking dot come presented and priced it as if was a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, even when I locked myself out. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great rest here which set me up well for the start of my Italian trip! Beautiful room that was clean and well organized and had the amenities I needed. Close to the termini which was essential as I was traveling with oversized luggage (a bike) and it even fit up the elevator (barely, but it worked!) Nothing

Location is great due to proximity with Roma Termini train station. Staff was friendly and gave us a map and some good recommendations for regions to see in the city. Cleanliness: The toilet looked like it hadn't been flushed (not sure if that was rust from the piping or something else), there were big spider webs dangling from and many insects on the bathroom ceiling. Shower: One of the shower doors was broken (had come off the rails), and the shower pan drain did not drain very well at all. We had to use a weak flow when showering otherwise the pan would back up. Soundproofing: Being at a central location can be both good and bad. It's not great at night because the noise from the street can be very clearly heard from the room, and there's a tramway that runs right beside the hotel which is loud. We had to sleep with earplugs. You can also very clearly hear what's going on in the lobby. Fortunately there weren't many other guests when we were over, so noise from within the hotel was OK. Elevator: There's an elevator, fortunately since the hotel is at the 6th floor of an old building. However, it was broken a few minutes after we checked in (luckily), so we didn't need to move heavy bags up. They fixed it the same day, so it was not much of an issue.

I especially liked the elevator, it was small but also very cute.

My son and I absolutely loved this quaint room in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and were two blocks from the train station. It was small but everything we needed, and we loved the balcony. I would recommend a noise or fan app or sound-maker as it was a little noisy at night. The staff was kind and welcoming and took very good care of us during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very friendly staff There was everything essential

The bathroom was quite small, the bath sink wasn't working properly the first day but the problem was solved the day after.

A bit dated

Clean, very nice staff, great location Non

We enjoyed the easy location/walk from the train station. And it is just past the crowded, grittier area closer to the station. Very easy check in. The two single beds were directly next to each other - we would have preferred for space in between.

Convenient location, walkable distance to Roma Termini, Big Bus, Greenline Tours, trams, buses etc. Plenty of restaurants around, popular sightseeing places. Excellent & extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent value for money Nothing that can be written here…

The location is amazing, very near to Termini Station. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The property has been tastefully renovated including the bathroom. The property is conveniently located close by to Termini terminal, the church of St. Maria La Maggiorie, and a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The location is both and advantage and disadvantage. This hotel doesn’t have a street level lobby, and it is located in the 5 & 6 floor or a building. Depending on the time of the day, and specially at night it might be a little desolate. One night we avoided entering the building since there was a suspicious man that seemed to be following us.
