It definitely tops most modern budget options, particularly with the thoughtful addition of an in-room kettle stocked with tea bags, including green tea. I actually only discovered the small fridge on my penultimate day, so make sure to check under the counter when you arrive! The real selling point here is simple: location, location, location. You are steps from Roma Termini station and within easy walking distance of the city’s major historic attractions. Getting there from Fiumicino Airport (FCO): A fixed-rate taxi to the door will cost €55. However, if you have a bit of patience, book a shuttle bus ticket in advance for around €6, which drops you off right near Termini. There are a couple of practical trade-offs to keep in mind: The Bathroom: The shower is admittedly tiny and will be a squeeze for an average-sized adult. Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily upon request, though fresh towels are provided every 3 days

I liked the location which was nearby supermarket, train station, and several interesting and attractive places we planned to visit. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Not much Decor, tea/coffee making facilities. Had 2 green tea bags and 2 ordinary ones for the whole stay fridge didn't work . Black mould in the shower dirty floors.

Had to pay for a new hotel the first night, no one at the apartment to check us in. Didn't get any answer on phone. Email for self check in was only sent after been at the door for 4 hours.
