Pretty Cheap hotel in a good location near roma termini Room was small and very basic but decent for the price.
-
Very convenient within walking distance from main train station
-
Nothing like that

Relatively close to translation (easy walk with minimal luggage, bit of a trudge with more), stretch walking distance to Coliseum and ancient Rome. Good price. Staff accommodated a premature arrival. Wi fi was spotty, room was very dated and not as clean as most places I've stayed, small. Water pressure for shower minimal, even at off time.

The location was very convenient to the Roma Termini train station.

5 min walk from the train station, roma termini. quiet. clean. vintage. comfortable stay for 4 days. host receptive and kind. great value, priced right. safe place- its beside the police station! many mirrors- gave me the creeps. have to cover the big one.

Hotel smells really bad, very outdated, the condition of the bathroom is outrageus, even for a budget hotel it is a disgrace. Only positive is the location.

If you're not too demanding and are simply looking for a place to sleep, Hotel Farini will be just fine. The location is perfect for exploring Rome by foot, it is literally 3 minutes away from Termini Station. Also, it is not expensive at all, even though it is far from luxurious. It actually doesn't look like a hotel and could be difficult to find if you don't know the exact location. The staff, especially Mr. Angelo, was very nice and helped us find it with no problems. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. We expected at least a bit of variety and a place to sit, but all we got was packed croissants to take with you and a small do-it-yourself coffee machine. Other than that, we had no real issues.

Absolutely nothing DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I am giving 1 star because 0 is not possible but that's been truly a terrifying experience!!!!! I was woken up in the morning because the LOCAL POLICE came to inspect my room to investigate some irregularities in the hotel - my room was for single use and was passed off as double use!!! And they found 2 other irregularities throughout the entire structure!!!!! The owner tried to enter the room, and when I came out he didn't even apologize!!! I asked Booking support to intervene but they didn't solve anything, no response from the owners. Not to mention the concierge guy, who seemed so kind even blocked me on WhatsApp when I asked for more information!!! Are you kidding me??? Icing on the cake: horrible room. Cigarette butt left on the windowsill, writings on the wall left by unsavory people, blanket pierced by cigarettes, glass and old furniture from the post-war period and noise everywhere from morning to night!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

The most I like that everything was close. You can walk and not use public transport
