Kind and warm welcome by staffs. Spacious and clean. Excellent to have air conditioner under the heat wave They let me pack the breakfast very early in the morning cause I check out very early in the moring. Thanks for your hospitality.

The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early since our room was already available when we arrived. The location is excellent—very close to Roma Termini Station, making it easy to reach and explore Rome. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioning. The room felt a bit small for three people. Also, the bed was too soft for me.

Had a very nice stay at Hotel Chicago. The location is excellent, close to Termini Station and only about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. The room was clean with comfortable beds and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

near termini station, near many restaurants
-
Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 from Colosseum The rooms are decent as well although a bit old

The location close to the Roma Traini was great. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. The building was old, which we knew their air conditioning didn’t work. Our room had a horrible smell like cat urine. The cleaning staff cleaned our room, even though we asked them not to because we had so much luggage and then they didn’t lock our room back up fortunately, nothing was taken.

Perfect location - easy walk to Termini, Colosseum and Centro Storico. Easy access to bus/metro for longer journeys. Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable beds, quiet setting in a courtyard away from the street. Having a fridge, kettle and espresso maker was ideal. Friendly staff and a real front desk, unlike so many budget hotels. Highly recommend!

The reception staff was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. The room was below average, but the location was excellent. There was an odd smell when we checked in, but it went away after opening the window. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but overall, it felt in line with what we paid for.

Soundproof is bad, you could easily hear other guests in or outside of their rooms.

Very close to Roma Termini , convenient for transportation-train, bus etc. Many restaurants and easy to get foods. there are small vendors for small souvenirs. Room is decent size for the price , basic facilities are match the needs. Kettle in the room can boil hot water, shower water is good temperature, room temperature is nice. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a good experience. The safe is locked, we didn’t ask the front desk since we didn’t use it. Staff are friendly. Compare with another hotel nearby with the similar level and condition we stayed for one night, we prefer this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have the elevator, but we don’t have the big luggage, only carry-ons , so it is not a problem for us.

The location is good, within walking distance of the main attractions, though too close to Termini station and not so pleasant. It doesn't look like you are in Rome. The staff was nice, and the beds were ok. The description is not really accurate - it says soundproof, but you can hear the other guests as they are in your room. This was the main issue. Also, the room was too small; it would be great if it were a double room, not a triple. We didn't have enough space to open the suitcase, not enough space to unpack (description says that it has a walk-in closet, which it doesn't). The safe was there, but not working, although this was not that important.

Location close to the train station Noisy, very small room with a tiny bathroom
-
The room was clean. The staff was very polite eslecially Benjamin. They did let us leave our luggages after checking out so wee could spend more time in the city. Location is great, it's near the Termini Station. You can easily get to the monuments on foot.

Everything’s Nothing’s

Location and the staff. The room widows overlook the garden and it was not quite sunny.
-
Location & friendly receptionist Drainage in the shower room must be fixed as water does not flow quickly and we had to take a shower carefully.

Construction

The best part of my stay was the hotel’s location — it was very convenient and close to everything I needed. I wish I had known that the building was under maintenance, as it made it difficult to rest in the mornings with the noise starting around 8 a.m. and lasting until 5 p.m. Also, although the hotel mentions having a 24/7 reception, there were several times when no one was at the front desk.

Rooms are small, we stayed in a room for 2 that had 2 beds added to it. We didn't care much since we only slept at the room, but it was cramped

Good location;shady neighborhood Paper thin walls;activities in the next room inconveniently disturbing;no elevator.
