Location, clean, new

The place was 3 min walk from roma termini which made our stay very accessible. Also there are so many restaurants and shops around it. The staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom is too small. The elevator is old and looks scary but functional.

Acropoli hotel service isn’t enough for the customers. They don’t change the tower and bedsheets. I lived four days nothing changes. The hotel management should be responsible for the customer service. Thank you for understanding. Do not change the bedsheets

The place was good , the staff were helpful and kind specially Joel the guy in the reception, he was so helpful, actually he’s giving a great reputation for the place

I call the hotel at 9 am before arriving because the payment problem to confirm and pay cash at the hotel and the say ok after when I arrive they give me another hotel location and I go
-
Meeting at one place and bring us to another place. The address on booking is different from the real one. The real place looks not good as the photos.
-
It's a great location since it's so close to the termini. It's rather convenient and I think it's good for a night stay. The location was hard to find at first.
-
The bathroom is very small, the bathroom fittings are not good, the AC does not work.
-
Great location - very close to Rome Termini station. Neeed to climb two floors. Clean facility with a good wifi Good for one night stay before catching early morning flight. Finding the place with small board outside is a challenge (that old building hosts few more hotels). One of the smallest bathroom (though fitted with good fittings) and it had smell (they sprayed room freshner at the time of check-in) Lots noise/shouts - from road and unruly guests
-
Hotel is very close to Termini and most of the attractions in Rome

Stayed here for 1 day, just for the closeness to the termini station (had flight the next day), but would not come back even if they pay me. Staff are nice, but the room is not worth anything, at first i also thought that it was clean, but there was dirty bedsheet under the bed, bathroom is so small you can merely turnaround, not enough towels ( 2 vig towels for 4, no small ones, but i guess you can ask for it), noisy not only from outside but also you can hear neighbours laughing and flushing their toilets all night long. Awful internet connection, like you cannot play a video without delay, i could not work at all. Its forbidden to smoke but it smells like cigarettes most of the time. They also had some sketchy notice on the door regarding not taking responsibility for devices or valuable items, it made me take my laptop with me all day while i was out. Would not recommend this hotel, with the same price i had a way better hotel near fountain trevi.

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, the bed was full of hair, and the kettle mentioned in the description was missing. The air conditioning didn’t work and no slippers were provided. There was loud noise until early morning due to people partying next door.
-
Very close to Termini so great if you need a place to stay before/after a trip. Decent restaurants nearby. Staff was nice, and the room was very clean. For the price, it was quite decent. Very simple facilities, very small room, and extra thin walls. I could literally hear the person in the next room snoring during the night, let alone all the talking in the hallway. Not good if you are a light sleeper.

The staff was amazing. It was just a few minutes from the train station. Their was a bar right next door The bathroom was very small
-
The service was very prompt. And the view from the windows was outstanding. The receptionist was very very kind. Also, we were 6 but there's no problem of hot water and all. They clean the room time to time and maintain hygiene as well. I must recommend it to stay here.

Staff does not speak italian or english very well, so communication was challenging. The space was limited (specially if you need somewhere to put big luggage). The walls are thin so you can hear other guests at night and because there's no staff 24/7, in the case of an emergency we had to solve everything ourselves.
-
The location I was asked 40€ to do “late check in”
-
They told us that the owner of the hotel changed and give us another hotel to contact if there is a room And it was full Very bad experience We hade to take another room with higher price and booking didnt help us
-
Nothing Even though we had booked through booking.com we were told we had no reservation because the owner had sold the hotel. I have emailed you about this and I have received no reply.
