Breakfast was alright, location was good we managed to walk to colosseum and it’s right near termini so if ur looking to travel by trains location is good Cleanliness was not good when we checked in around 8pm the room literally stank it was unbearable I went upto the staff and asked for a refund so I can book elsewhere S the room was small and bed mattresses not comfortable.AC wasn’t working either the staff member was not polite and straight up said ‘no refund’ instead sent a fan to our room.

A lovely hotel in great location. Our bathroom needed some upgrades but everything else was lovely. Jacuzzi in the bath made the shower very awkward

It is walking distance to Rome Termini train station. Unfriendly staff, air conditioning barely functioning, very noisy with kids knocking on doors with ‘do not disturb’ signs on them. The management shrugged off the issue.

Good location and rooms are descent They charged me another 35€ because my brother stayed with me. The extra fee they charged me, was much higher than showed on Booking.com

Staff is excellent. We booked Quadruple room and when we checked in, they kindly upgraded to Junior Suite at no extra cost
