All good and clean

Good air conditioning and wifi that worked Room beside elevator got loud at times

No bkfst or coffee available. The beds had no mattress pad, just sheets on the bed. They have a cute balcony and all the plants are dead. :(

The location was great as it was a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. The only issue was the room was strange. The first bed was in the mini bedroom at the front with the toilet not in the same room as the shower. Overall though, the air conditioning was great, the staff was very friendly, and lots of great food right near the hotel. Bed was comfortable and we got some good sleep. Easy walk from the train station to the hotel. The toilet not being in the same room as the shower and the second bed not in the first one, but it still all worked for us. Great hotel and great location. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful property, pretty standard, clean, not extremely extravagant but it is perfect for a few days in Rome.
-
booked taxi for last day to airport, and they cancelled it because we had not "confirmed", but were not told we need to confirm.

The staff were excellent; friendly, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very well located on a quiet street in a nice very centrally located neighbourhood close to cafes, restaurants, shopping streets and other amenities. The neighbourhood is charming.

The hot water in the and in the sink appear to not necessarily be available at particular time of the day

Great location, close to restaurants and shops, also within walking distance to Roma Termini and big attractions Major issues with staff. We asked on two occasions to not have housekeeping enter our room, but this was not respected. They also came in to close the window shutters six hours after checking in (while we were out). When this kept happening, we talked to a third staff member who was very rude and dismissive and told us it was not possible to decline housekeeping (even though she found a note in the front desk book from two days prior where her colleague indicated this). She also claimed this employee of 20 years would never make a mistake, and it must have been our misunderstanding. She stated that no hotel in the world would allow declined housekeeping for a stay of five nights. We told her we've travelled to over 50 countries and have never had an issue with declined housekeeping. We chose this hotel because I stayed here in 2014 and had a good experience, but would not recommend this hotel based on these interactions. We will be staying elsewhere on our next visit to Rome.

Great location, lovely clean room, and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the code access. I had booked a single room but was given a double, so I had lots of space. A small breakfast would have been nice. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea provided.

While not especially large, the room was well laid out with a comfortable king-size bed and snazzy decoration. While it wasn't serving breakfast, that hardly matters when there's a place for coffee and pastries on every block. Great location near Santa Maria Maggiore and walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The elevator was out on our arrival, but the helpful staff carried our heavy luggage all the way up 5 flights of stairs. (Elevator fixed the next morning.) The shower is quite small for a 6-foot man, and the lower shower head wasn't working , but that's a small matter doubtless fixed by now.

Great location and friendly staff Just unfortunate timing that elevator was broken during my stay.

Everything could not be better: Cleanliness, friendly staff, ideal location on the narrow and quiet street. Location in 15 minutes walk to Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore, three subway stations and Termini. Lots of cafe and restaurant close to the hotel
-
Friendly staff. Nice area with restaurants nearby. You can walk to train station and Colosseum or Roman Forum in 10-15 minutes. Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. We had difficulty working the shower. The hose leaked and the water never got very warm. That is the only complaint.

The staff members were truly the highlight of our stay. They were the nicest people we’ve ever met, helping us with everything we needed with a big smile and a great attitude! The location is also excellent; being so close to the train station was a huge help for our travels around the city. Since it is a smaller hotel, there were a few minor things missing in the room, like a bit more coffee or an extra trash bin, but these are small details. Overall, it is a perfectly fine hotel, made exceptional by the wonderful team working there. We really appreciated their kindness! little bit small

No privacy; you can hear everything in the next room even the light switch. No staff after 9pm. You can’t check in late. Only one very small elevator.
