Nothing. This hotel was atrocious. This hotel was not as advertised. When reaching the reception, the breakfast/reception area was extremely run down and looked like it had dust sheets everywhere. The receptionist sent us to a different location, about a 5 minute walk, where we found the hotel room of another hotel rated 2 stars. This was in an alley that smelt of urine and contained rubbish. Upon opening the door, the carpets were stained, the bed was made but bathroom dirty (hairs on the floor, toilet roll on the side). The air conditioning did not work (and this was July!). When I tried to call to tell them about these issues, the phone was disconnected, and I could not get the apparent 'Whatsapp' number to work. We spent 10 minutes in the room before deciding it was unbearable to stay and went to find a different hotel. We told this receptionist of our experience, and he humorously said we'd just had our first Rome experience. Beware of booking this place. The hotel refused to give a refund. I felt like I would be protected by using Booking.com, but they have also done little to rectify this situation.

The location was good for travelling by train. Good for the main sights. The breakfast was a big let down. Coffee sitting in a kettle, only choice of a couple different pastries and 1 choice of cereal. The room was a good size but AC didnt really work and the bathroom was pretty bad. The shower cubicle door was missing and in replace was a shower curtain that wasn't clean and didnt keep water in. The taps were cracked and the toilet seat was broken. There was no door to the 2nd bedroom either. We only used it as a bed for the night as was out all day otherwise we would have went elsewhere. It was clean and the beds were comfy enough but wouldn't recommend.

The hotel is in a very good prime location and the place is massive. The staff was very friend couldn't wish for better staff. The room was good it was clean to acceptable manner and the bed sheets was clean also. The bathroom was okay apart from shower door was broken but still useable. For the price considering it prime location I say it was very good and I would 100% use again. Very minor things the lift was a little noisy but it worked fine. The door lock didn't work but it did on the card lock just internal lock didn't work. Shower door broken but it still worked fine.... apart from that this hotel I really say please do stay. This just me being picky

It's central location. It's only 7 minutes from the main train station. ,10 minutes from a lot of the worthwhile attractions. I didn't like that I only spent 2 nights there, will spend longer next time.

NOTHING!!! We had a few young teenagers in the room next to us and they partied into the early hours of the morning. We didn't get any sleep during our stay during to this constant noise from the party in the middle of the night. We complained and asked the night staff to speak tonthem bit nothing was done. We spoke to Simone this morning and he said he will raise this with the hotel manager and will request a refund on our behalf. We will never book this hotel again.

You get what you pay for, the room was comfortable, big shower and all the facilities needed for a short stay. Housekeeping every day with fresh towels. Staff friendly. Air con was good. I didn’t really see much of the staff to be honest as I chose to get up early and head out. Close to Colosseum. A bit tired. Needs a good revamp in places - even a bottle of water and some glasses would be a nice touch given the hot temps. Doors to rooms are not lockable from inside and rooms are not soundproof, so you could hear people coming in at the early hours of the morning or leaving and rolling suitcases down the corridors. I think some of this was just rude, inconsiderate people rather than the hotel itself, shouting at the top of their voices and leaving their room doors open! I also chose not to have the breakfast, more for my own preference as I wanted to go out - but from what I did see it did look a bit of a poor selection. Hotel is in a bit of a strange area, not the nicer area of Rome. It is also quite far away from all the other attractions, but close to termini so easy for airport transfer.

Location Air condition was broken

Nice location close to Roma termini and Colosseum, San Lorenzo. Very good reception services and working hours and polite personnel. Mediocre cleanliness, needs renovation, poor breakfast, absent coffee.

The hotel is in a strategic location, within walking distance of Roma Termini, souvenir shops, a halal restaurant, and the Colosseum. They also allow guests to store luggage in the lobby for a few hours after check-out. The bedsheets and pillows were clean too. It would be great if the hotel could provide some glasses in the bathroom for guests to store their toothbrushes and toothpaste.
