In my vacation trip, I rent in seven different apartments and none was like Marco. He is amazing!!!. Once I come back to Rome, I will rent this place again! I recommend it 100%. Everything was great!!!

This was a great place to stay in Rome! The room was spacious and comfortable and Marco was a great host. He made breakfast each morning. Also the B&B was close to many of the sights!

The location was great - in a small, quiet street, but very close to everything. Our host, Marco, was very kind and helpful - we also enjoyed his restaurant recommendations! The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The mini-fridge with drinks was also convenient, and the prices were very fair. We would definitely come back again!

Friendly and active communication, air conditioning, ability to leave our luggage for the day after check-out. The breakfast was good, but could be improved with some fresh vegetables and fruit, and fresh bread.

The host was really friendly and flexible with our check-in hours, as we changed the arrival hour multiple times. There were plenty of options for breakfast and plenty of options for dining nearby. The location is quite close to the Roman Forum and even closer to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. The room is nice and my wife appreciated the hydromassage bathtub. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV is huge if you're interested in using it. We found info and recommendations for attractions and places to eat, along with a map, in the room. Having a shower was a bit of a challenge for me as the shower cabin was a bit small and I'm a big guy. We had no actual city view, we could just see the neighboring building and the access road but, then again, we didn't stay there for it.

The room was so big, equipped, clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and the location was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. Of course we would return!
