The location is great! Very close to the all attractions but on a quiet street. The hotel looks beautiful, perfectly decorated with love to history. It has a pretty roof terrace with a lot of plants. The hotel managers are very nice people. I left my laptop but they helped me and sent it to me to New York. Thanks a lot Roberto! Nothing, absolutely nothing.

This is a very classy place to stay, the decorations are amazing! The staff top notch.

Loved it. The terrace was my favorite Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs
-
Not easy to go out and come back late ours and early in the morning

The hotel, and my room, had a ton of character, certainly not a cookie cutter hotel room. Also had a large terrace which was lovely. Even the hallways were beautiful to walk through.

The location is wonderful, staff was friendly and kind, all was clean, great beds and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is filled with decor details that remind you where you are. The only negative point is that the hotel doesn’t have elevator but the staff was very kind and help us taking care of our luggages.

So close to everything especially food

Extremely convenient to main attractions but also a quiet room. The staff was lovely. The bathroom is very, very tight for an average-sized person.

Breakfast was excellent. Served in the breakfast room in the basement. Plentiful and delicious food. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from the Colosseum and surrounded by multiple restaurants. Like a lot of hotels in Europe the room is small but adequate for comfort. Expect a cramped shower but plenty of hot water. The bed is comfortable and the AC kept the room at a nice temperature .

The hotel was clean, great service and located so close to the Metro for the Colosseum. Fantastic stay. We liked the entire experience. It really is a great spot to stay.

So close to an amazing restaurant, and the hotel had an awesome breakfast I loved everything about it

Good location near Colosseum, walking distance to everything or just take a scooter. Staff is the worst! Breakfast was thrown on the table with attitude by a big sweaty older man. A couple sat at 9:50am and at 10:00 the man said to leave the tables NOT KIDDING both tables said we would finish and leave, then a lady came in clapped and said we HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE IT WAS 10am. Totally unprofessional! I told both of the check desk people about it and didn’t even apologize. BTW breakfast is terrible. The queen bed is 2 small beds together NOT A REAL QUEEN.

The property was within walking distance from the colosseum and other sites that I wanted to see. Also had a ton of food and shopping close by. I felt safe and the room was clean. The staff was excellent, breakfast was excellent and they had a taxi service. This is a cute hotel to stay at. It’s older, so keep that in mind. But great for a few nights in Rome.

This historic boutique hotel is beautifully renovated with great attention to the details. Our second floor room also had a little outdoor terrace! Wow! We regret that we were only there for one night!
-
The bed only had 1 sheet. I had to ask for a blanket

Beautiful mosaic floor tiles throughout. Very kind hosts/staff. They were really helpful and thinking along, and flexible when the tight schedule did not match for the regular breakfast times. They provided some food (a.o. delicious croissants) and coffee earlier, and on the departure day even a breakfast set to take on the way. I definitely recommend this place and would like to go there again. Nothing, it was all fine.
