Hotel City Palazzo dei Cardinali

The rooms were spacious and really nicely appointed. We especially loved the breakfast!

Property was very close to piazza di spagna. Location was good . Breakfast was simple but good. Room was too small . I dont recommend standart room İf you are baby . Even we couldn’t open our luggage due to crib.

Very restful hotel in the midst of the noise and chaos of Rome. Great location near the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with convenient hours. Our door was very hard to close and lock/unlock.

This hotel is in an excellent location to just use the Barberini metro stop. It’s still handy to walk everywhere but not as crowded. The hotel is very nice - large rooms, modern fixtures. Nothing

Breakfast, bed, bathrooms. Elevator , fresh coffee or espresso drinks Weak air conditioner felt like it was set on fan mode, having to surrender keys when leaving the facility.

The promixty to the Spanish steps, trevi fountain and panthenon. Not to mention the staff very friendly and attentive. The female clerk, I forgot her name was so sweet. She recommended a rooftop bar for us and also book it. She also suggested to we do the free experience tours provided by the hotel. We were able to get the history for the Spanish steps, pasta tasting and even a tiramisu class with Ferderido (he was amazing). Highly, pleased with my stay and recommended it. The elevator was having problems but other than that it was no big deal as they fix it promptly.

Everything was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, the beds were superb and the staff was excellent! Everything! It is beautiful and cozy and very clean!

I love the location and how it’s so quiet despite being close to the Trevi and Spanish steps. Nothing. It was exceptional

Staff worked very hard to help with our problem. They were very kind. They moved us to another room to accomodate the issue. We were very appreciative of the staff's professionalism and dedication to making sure our stay was comfortable. The air conditioning was not working in our room. The temperature was 95 outside and when you returned from a full day of site seeing you NEEDED air. The staff worked very hard to get the air conditioning fixed, and when they couldn't they moved us to another room for more comfort.

Great location with walking distance to all the tourist places. The taxi dropped us off without any problem. We enjoy the main area together with the loft, perfect for two adults and two kids. The breakfast is super great with a lot of good choices. Really enjoyed our stay. Our room is ready before 2:00 pm. The hotel also provided a lot of umbrellas for rainy days. The bathroom is a little tight but not a big deal.

I liked the location the best. The hotel is simple but clean and nice management .

The staff were very informative and helpful. The rooms were clean but of course not as big as the states. Also the bathrooms were also not what we were accustomed to but we made it work and it totally was an awesome experience. The bathrooms were a little tight
