We did not option for the breakfast as it was expensive and reviews did speak well for it.(we wish we did as it looked yummy) we liked the cleanliness, room size and bed were comfortable. Hot water was never an issue, great view of the street. Location to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps was a bonus and shops and restaurants were very close. Will defiantly stay again. We were in a separate building but, as we were told, it was the newly renovated ones. The sound proofing is not the greatest, but old building is understandable. Police sirens were a plenty all night long.

The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of the main POI in the center of Rome. Breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast area was kind. Room is basic and quite specious. It was a bit awkward for us that the reception was in one place while in order to get the room we had to wait get out, cross the road and get into another building, The other building is shared with other users which are not part of the hotel. It seem that the hotel is spread across different buildings which are not fully owned by the hotel.

It was extremely comfortable, the staff was also lovely and the location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and underground metro which facilitated easy movement Stairs, so much stairs
