We loved the location, everything was close by. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was lovely having breakfast included. We would come back to stay again.

The location is good and it is easy to get to most of the tourist attractions. daily cleaning service, but the shower wasn't good, the shower head was broken and leaked, and the shower water often stopped.

Perfect location

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! However, there was a strong smell in the room, likely coming from the shower gel provided, which had a very intense masculine scent. Personally, I didn’t like it.”

Very good

The location was perfect. Within short walking distance of Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard and there was very limited lighting in our room. It was difficult to get taxis and we were unable to get Uber or FreeNow to collect us outside the property - had to attend a pickup point to get collected for taxis.

Location I wish I would have shopped around more for a cleaner better functions hotel. The cleanliness and noise. Our bedding was soiled and dirty, it had hairs from someone else. The shower’s water pressure was low, it took quite some time for the hot water to warm up and it was also plugged up when we first arrived. The air conditioner didn’t work properly so it was quite hot in the room. They unclogged the shower, but it was still slow for hot water and they also tried to fix the air conditioner but it still wasn’t working properly so the room was constantly hot. They unclogged it. You could hear the staff talking so loud first thing in the morning and opening and closing doors as we were right by their storage room so we could hear everything. Not cool!

Location. It was walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, train station and many shops and restaurants. They had a nice quaint breakfast area with plenty of pastries, ham, salami and cheese and boiled eggs. The last day, they even had sandwiches. Unfortunately during the weekday, they had construction going on. Luckily we stayed Friday-Tuesday.

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not much of a variety, but enough to keep you full. There was about 10 steps into the property and then they had a lift. Would definitely stay here again Nothing!
