I was fascinated, very kind staff, good location, delicious breakfast and big and comfy rooms with high ceilings.

Elton and Giuseppe were phenomenally nice. I loved the quiet street near Santa Croce. I loved the room that was spacious and with a good bed and four soft pillows. My room # 308 was looking on the Coppola of the Duomo and charming roofs. I loved the small but luxurious bathroom with brown marble from floors to walls, a led light behind the mirror too. The cherry on top was the lovely terrace overlooking the coppola and all Firenze. A wonderful stay! Thank you Hotel Cardinal!

We arrived by taxi. You have to ring the hotel at he gate and they'll unlock the door so you can walk in.Upon checking in our attendant was very nice, helpful and pleasantly professional. We were able to check our bags at the counter which was a huge plus for us! Very nice to show up and be able to leave bags and wander around a bit until room was ready. The ac is perfect! The view from the room was beautiful. The entire place is super clean and just very nice! The staff is amazing with recommendations for restaurants, taxis and their overall professionalism with enough softness to make you feel at home. Greatly appreciate their fine tuned level of customer service. Total package! The view from the roof is pretty cool. The park with sites that's nearby is worth a visit! Breakfast was very nice with option to sit outside on roof with view. The gardens outside are splendid! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Would gladly stay here again! Public transport is easily accessible to get to major sites if needed. I wanted a local feel and it's exactly what we got! I'm sorry for late review as I thought I sent it already. Wish we had more time

I enjoyed my four-day stay at Hotel delle Civette. The location is perfect as it is near shops, a few restaurants, beautiful Villa Torlonia, and a straight bus ride into downtown. The staff was extremely courteous and the room was spotless. This is also where you would interact more with the locals versus a ton of tourists. Beautiful brand new facility, impeccably clean. Breakfast was very nice. All staff were always very courteous and helpful. Lovely resort. I had to go to a local market to buy shampoo, conditioner and tissues. Although the shower gel can be used as shampoo, I still needed a conditioner.

The rooms are clean and freshly renovated Very friendly staff who is always happy to help The area around the hotel is nice, with parks and restaurants Public transport is also quite accessible The breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day. I think more variety would be an advantage

The location was great, the staff were wonderful, and the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. Nothing in particular everything met my expectations.

It was an absolute dream, as charming and full of character as the streets of Rome and its warm, welcoming locals. From the moment I arrived, I felt embraced by the hotel’s cozy elegance and the kind hospitality of its staff. The buffet breakfast each morning was a delightful part of my stay. The location is ideal, just a short 15-20 minute metro or bus ride to all the major tourist attractions. Gazing out of my window or sipping Italian wine on the rooftop while watching the sun set over Rome, every moment felt like a dream.
