Too noisy due to other rooms/guests. Very dark, limited lights. Pricey for value.

The room was just lovely and the apartment was beautifully cleaned and presented. Danilo contacted me on WhatsApp before the check-in and kept in touch during the whole stay. Very impressed!

If you are planning to stay for one night and this hotel is perfect for that appointment The windows open out to the roadway and sound isolation is poor (I recommend using earplugs if you want to get a good night's sleep)

Location is good with supermarket close by, bust stop very close. Breakfast. Few cakes and cornflakes. There were no plates to eat. The cups were not cleaned. Door key was very difficult to open and close.

Rooms are large, breakfast is not fabulous but there is a shared kitchen and nearby supermarkets. The location has many close restaurants and it is not full of tourists. Excellent location to work at the Sapienza or CNR. The bathroom furniture is a bit old, the illumination is not good. Not very close to a metro station.

There was no lock on the door to the individual room which makes privacy a slight concern. The location is in a residential area and a little far from the main attractions, but it is accessible by the Policlinico metro station by 13 mins walk. The walls were not quite sound proof when other residents use the common areas.

The room was spacious good sized shower There was a kitchen and good sized outside space No kettle in the kitchen had to boil water in mug in microwave. They provided teabags

Danilo was extremely helpful with any queries. The location was good, just outside the old city walls. The property is spacious, well maintained, and clean. The use of the terrace is particularly nice.

It was in a good location and a nice building. I didn’t get to see the terrace because I had a really short stay. The room was spacious and clean. Danilo gave me very good instructions for the self check in that went very smoothly. He was very responsive to any questions. There are a couple of things in the room that need attention. The water in the bathroom sink was draining very slowly and it would have been nice to have curtains in the room so that I could lift the shutters in the morning.
