The decor, the AC, the pool, the staff Pastries could have been less sweet, would have been nice to have our rooms close to each other.

The neighborhood is so cute, and had breakfast included in the stay. The staff was incredible! So friendly, and took care of me straight away to feel comfortable and on vacation.

We loved having our own 'hidden' peaceful oasis, in the middle of a very quiet residential neighborhood away from the overly busy (and touristy) city center, but still very close to anything you would want to see with a short walk or bus ride (as in: 45 minutes walking or a 15 minute bus ride). The swimming pool is a rarity for Rome and a lovely place to sit (flowery terrace), the staff were soooooo sweet and caring to us, and the owner was a very cool local lady whose personal style and (travel) past was clear throughout the hotel. Oh, and the two restaurants on the Piazza Caprera (which is literally a 1 minute walk) are both excellent! Top marks all around.

Greeted with a complementary coffee while they readied our room (we arrived hours earlier than we told them!). They were kind and very accommodating. The tiki bar was awesome, the drinks were delicious! Nothing, great experience!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Daniel on reception. Great location - nice and quiet at night, great local restaurants, 30 mins walk to the city centre, loved the pool, comfortable rooms, lots of hot water, breakfast if we wanted it. Nothing

A boutique hotel in a great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and metro. You need a code to enter and there are a lot of security cameras on the property so you feel very safe. The property is small but stunning, beautifully decorated with the most attentive staff. The pool is on a raised terrace but still feels private. Rooms are large with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. There are several “nooks” throughout for some quiet reading with an espresso. Would definitely come back! That we didn’t stay longer

Fun fact: the pool area and front terraces have a lovely little oasis vibe, complete with Morroccan lamps and gorgeous green ? parrot birds flying around. Bellissima! The only thing that was slightly confusing was the "mini bar" situation. There are a couple of waters and sodas in the fridge but no posted pricing. (If there was we missed it...) So we figured we could be charged, and were in fact charged, which was fine but that could be made clearer. Not a big deal.

The bed pillows are flimsy and not very comfortable

No elevators Lots of mosquitos No one at reception after 11pm, the lady at reception gave me wrong code to enter the hotel, I had to guess the code at 1am for almost 1 hour before I was lucky! Tried calling them, tried knocking, no one is there to help you, I could have slept outside if I didn’t guess the code!

The manager greeted us so friendly and welcoming. Had a sweet breakfast in the morning. Best croissant we ever had.

The Staff are very kind. The value for money is great. Very cute and cozy hotel.

It is small and cozy, warm reception. It seems to be a family-owned place which gives it a friendly vibe, a bit more intimate and personal than a big hotel

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and also received some useful information about restaurants near by. Location was also good. We booked this hotel because it had a pool, but unfortunately, it did not look clean enough to take a bath. The room was also less clean than expected. One corner of the bedroom had a mould, and the fridge was leaking. All bathrooms, including areas above shower and walls, were covered by mould. As we asked staff if we could receive a room with no mould, it was told that all rooms are occupied for this day, but they will look for a solution. As we left the room for the day and returned in the evening same day, the room smelled like chlorine, which meant that staff tried to clean the mould. This was not ideal as it did not feel comfortable sleeping in such room, and we were forced to keep open windows overnight.

Lovely unusual hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived late at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. An excellent breakfast - the freshly made pastries were delicious.

Room was clean and beds made daily. Pool area was nice although it was rainy so we didn’t use it Nice area. Good restaurants opposite the hotel Kitchen was only a microwave although metal pots we available Slightly too far from city centre, did use the metro until the strike. Parking was a nightmare

We loved everything. What a welcome! Grace, good humor, and a fine cup of coffee. Enchanting floral environment, and when we were there, green flocks of parrots swooped through the trees. Wine. Jacuzzi sublime. Thank you, Palm Gallery

the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. was very familiar! The hotel was outside of the city but was easily accessible by bus (about a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop) There were two restaurants right next to the hotel. Room had everything you needed. :-) unfortunately the breakfast pictures did not match the breakfast itself. But the breakfast was ok, based on the photos you expected something different! but the service was great again! super friendly and tried to do the best! Unfortunately the whirlpool was dirty and unusable

The hotel is in a well-connected location – there are many bus lines nearby that conveniently and quickly take you to the main landmarks in Rome. Thanks to this, even though Palm Gallery Hotel offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, you can easily reach the city center in no time. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day, which made us feel well taken care of and comfortable. We also loved the pool at the rooftop.
