The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really good. It was really really really far from the main Tourist attractions. The area where the hotel is located is very dangerous, specially at night. We almost got mugged one night walking from the taxi to the hotel ( crossing the sidewalk, tops 8 steps to the gate of the hotel.) The room we got didn't match any of the pictures in the ad for the hotel (super disappointed about that one). There was no heater in the room, so the room was freezing cold. The shower didn't have much room, tight squeeze for one person. 30 mins drive from the Colesseum and no train station near by. The city where the hotel is located was very run down and full of homeless people. Next time, I'm paying extra to be in a safe area with better rooms.

Everything Nothing

This Hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is about 20 minutes drive to Vatican. Train station near by, but hotel have shuttles, staffs are friendly, We stayed few days before we go to cruise. I I’m highly recommend it for group. Hall way is little dark.

This place was amazing I like everything from this place very clean they receive us with so much snack water slippers. The rooms are so nice and cleaned. Customer service at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. We have dinner was amazing. I definitely come back here again thank you so much for everything. You guys are amazing.

We stayed for five nights and our first visit to Rome was absolutely fantastic. Huge thanks to Fabrizio, who helped organize a surprise for my fiancée, and managed to surprise me too ? He made us feel truly welcome, like a home away from home. We’ve rarely experienced this level of service. The junior suite was really nice, and a big thank you to Maria for the housekeeping, everything was absolutely spotless throughout our stay. Service was friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary transportation to and from the city made everything very easy. At first we thought the location might be a bit far, but with the shuttle service plus nearby buses and metro, everything felt close and easy to reach. Would definitely come back.

Breakfast and service was great! Guest relations Fabrizio and Fabio and Roberto were all great. If all the rooms looked like the suite we saw.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are modern and clean. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The stay was very comfortable. Photos online are accurate to the actual room. The only downside to this hotel is that it is located on the outskirts of Rome, so its a 30 minute taxi/Uber from center of Rome.

Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking.com! Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.

To be honest one of the best hotels Ive stayed in, the staff was really helpful and the room was spectacular. They even give you the minibar for free which is amazing!! And don’t forget about the delicious breakfast Nothing it was perfect

This is a new hotel with a high-quality renovation. Our room faced the inner courtyard — there wasn’t a nice view, but it was very quiet at night. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was a great choice! If you don’t feel like going far, the hotel restaurant is excellent. Breakfast in the morning was also great, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is well thought out, and there were many complimentary gifts — we received a bottle of wine, chips, Coke, juice, and more. The hotel truly deserves all the praise. If you don’t need to be right in the center of Rome or you’re traveling by car (since there’s free parking), this is an excellent option.
