Lovely hotel , beautiful decor , with a fabulous rooftop garden with an amazing view. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious but the bathroom was so incredibly small

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Isa! The staff was exceptional from start to finish. Danielle was just as kind and welcoming in person as she was when responding to my emails before our stay. The front desk guys were funny, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were all polite, neat, and did a great job keeping everything clean. Breakfast was hot on our first morning and very good. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Isa! While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few disappointments. There was no gym, which was frustrating for those wanting to work out. Our room also did not have an iron, so we had to use the ironing area on the third floor. Breakfast was good on the first day, but the quality declined afterward, and the fruit did not look fresh.

The location...it was close to alot of historical sights Their bathrooms...shower curtains are outdated and the opening covered by the curtain risky as one can fall out accidentally.

I cannot say enough good things about the property. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is great, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and cold, AND the rooftop view is exceptional! Nothing

Great location, right by the Vatican. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop area for breakfast, which doubles as a restaurant/bar at night. We enjoyed spending time there at the start and end of each day. The staff was wonderful. The room was a bit small and the shower had no shower curtain. The elevator is also quite small and not easily accessible for someone with a wheelchair or stroller, as there are steps leading up to it. There is also no way that we could find to get from the elevator to the rooftop without going through an additional flight of stairs.
