Building was central for bus routes and also close enough to walk to the Vatican, rooms on surface level looked good. Accommodating reception staff when complaints raised, incredibly friendly and helpful house keeping staff. Coffee machine In room, ironing room available. When I booked through booking I checked the reviews and could see that there was mention of recent renovations. I have always trusted booking so thought nothing of it and booked for 4 nights. On arrival staff were friendly and gave me a key for room 451. On entering the room all appeared fine with a modern twin room, all was well till we opened the blinds to be met with a view of a building site! Scaffolding outside, a crane in the centre, tools, cigarette ends discarded, exposed wires. The main NYX site says it is undergoing renovations but states “The following areas are affected: Parking area, Swimming pool, Terrace.” The rooms facing inward are affected also as you have construction noise, cranes operating, workers on scaffolding! Also sockets in the bathroom were loose, trim around doors also loose. This could be a fantastic hotel but there seems to be a rush to have it completed.

Great staff, very hospitable, nice clean room and a good location The AC in the room wasn’t great, the staff did move us to another room but it was the same, I guess the AC system in the hotel isn’t that great, we arrived mid august which is scorching hot and the AC did not do its job to help

Everything was truly great. I have absolutely no complaints. The Hotel was in a perfect location, in a beautiful Prati neighbourhood and everything is reachable by foot. The Trevi Fountain is just 25min walking, and the Colusseum can be reached with bus in 15 - 20 min. You can easily reach the infamous Trastevere neighbourhood within this time too. The bus stop is right across the street from the Hotel, so it takes no time. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is big and modern. Daily housekeeping and good breakfast. Hope to visit soon, much recommended!!! Everything was great!

The location is perfect both for sightseeing and shopping. Prati is also well known for its gastronomy where you can find a plenty of good restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The housekeeping was outstanding. Our room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed daily, and everything was spotless. We were 100% satisfied with the cleanliness. The room looked exactly like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything met our expectations. If we ever come back to Rome, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. We highly recommend it!
