It was a good size room in the very quiet, convenient to public transportation location. The staff was very courteous and friendly room was cleaned daily. There was obvious black mold in the shower and over the bathroom ceiling. Understandably this is an old building and things like that are hard to prevent. Also, the plumbing in the shower was old.

Well located, well cleaned, the staffs are friendly and so helpful. It takes 15 mins from the Roma Termini station and 20-30 minutes to the center by foot. There’re supermarkets, restaurants, bars nearby. I loved that they have a little sweet and coffee on the table !

Room quite small but ok for 3 days, handy fridge in room, on edge of main tourist area so a little quieter but good location for walking to sites and train station, small supermarket nearby and many restaurants. Very clean.

Nice location, comfy beds, good value for the money. Bathroom was a little bit old not as clean as it should be (nothing remarkable). We had a misunderstanding with paying the tourist rate but was solved quickly.

Location was great and that was about it. We left a wallet in the room and when we came back, some money was missing. We never had an experience like that before. Just awful.

the room conditions are good for the price Unfortunately there was no water for one day, and for me this is the most important thing in a hotel :( we couldn't even flush the toilet... After reporting the problem, we received no information, no apology, nothing.

The staff was super friendly, quick to answer and fix my situation as quick as possible. For a last minute problem with my flight i had to book another night in Rome. Thankfully I was in the same building that this hotel and the fix my situation at 7am. It could have beem more clean. Speially the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location and gave a smooth and easy check in as we arrived late. The room was a little small but everything was there that we needed.

The room was drab,the shower was disgusting so dirty and the bed was to be a double bed, but it was 2 singles put together and very uncomfortable ,we had to live out of the suitcase for the 5 days as there was nowhere to put anything.

The staff and the location are great! The room is big enough and cosy. We stayed with our baby boy and we were provided with a nice cot for him to sleep in. The plumbing in the bathroom was quite old and the water pressure wasn’t so great.
