Rome Travellers Hotel

The staff were very helpfull. Location is perfect. Over all wounderfull.

The room is clean, and the location is quite near the central station, and there are some supermarkets around. My room was close to the elevator, and it was noisy every time someone used it. The location is not close to the metro.

Gostamos do quarto, bem espaçoso, cama grande e confortável. Tínhamos varanda e foi ótimo ver a cidade logo pela manhã. Não temos o que reclamar da limpeza, estava tudo dentro do esperado. Gostaria de agradecer à recepção que nos deixou guardar a mala enquanto esperávamos o horário do check-in. Um pouco distante da estação de trem.

The staff were amazing. The location was perfect from everything Not being able to retrieve my key from the front desk. I believe that my being able to pay taxes or extras, providing my documents and then being asked to go to a lockbox could be managed better.

No wifi on any floors throughout the day and night.

This is a great place to spend 1 or 2 nights. Elevators to 5th floor is a bonus. We stayed there 3 times due to our travel arrangements for a Cruise. They allow us to leave 1 large luggage between 2 of our stays, very helpful. Location near Termini was handy with bakery, restaurants, supermarket close by. We got 3 different rooms during our 3 short stays. Some are a bit noise as we could hear people talking through the wall. Unfortunately the 3rd and final room had a strange smell coming from the bathroom. Although it was clean I guess has to do with building age and wear and tear of pipes.

Excellent location! Close to good restaurants and Cafes, lovely neighborhood. The staff was pleasant and helpful. While the room has the basic needs, including a good bed and good shower, the TV didn't work well, there were not enough plugs, and hardly any space to walk in the room (to be fair, I was there for work).

The location is ok, but the room is too little, but us fine for one night, and the public transportation is close to the place The size of the room, you can’t even walk around, it is just space for the bed.

Location was close enough for walking where we needed to go ? The lack of staff answering the phone during an emergency time that my wife was really in need of to find her way back and she had multiple people phoning and there was no answer with the right phone number ? this was the only problem but everything else was greatly appreciated ?

The hotel staff were kinda rude, and like upset the whole time for some reason. The location was really good tho, very beautiful neighborhood and very safe. The room was kinda dirty upon arrival, and a random girl knocked on our door asking us to help her in her room, which seemed kinda fishy. Idk if they have like girls that work there or what, but it seems like it. Besides the good location, the hotel itself is meh and kinda creepy.

Room was comfortable and the shower was decent You couldn’t close the window if the A/C was on. There was ants in the washroom. There was also no fan in the washroom, which wasn’t a problem given we only stayed for 2 days. The room was also quite small and it was a considerable walk from most of the sights.

the only thing was the fridge didnt work. Light comes on but doesn’t cool anything

We liked the location of the hotel. We also liked how the room provided everything that we needed. Good value in price for that portion of our trip. Air conditioner was not working. It was worked on during our stay but it did not improve. Also, we did not have a sign to hang on our door like other doors for privacy.

Overall it’s a clean room, but they rarely change the towels
