Breakfast Nothing

The daily cleaning was amazing. The staff was very nice. And two free water bottles were provided daily. AC is horrible. It was hot outside but for a 4 star hotel we expected good air conditioning. It didn’t get below 25.6 in our room and usually was over 26. Breakfast was disappointing. Did not go back again after the first day.

The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of Rome's city center, providing a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several issues. The rooms have very poor soundproofing, making it easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. It was noisy both late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and provided very little support. Anyone with back problems or who values a comfortable mattress may want to consider other options. Another disappointment was that the air conditioning was not available despite the warm spring weather, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times. The rooms themselves also feel outdated and could benefit from renovation and modernization. Overall, the property has significant room for improvement in terms of comfort and guest experience.

I like the room its clean. Breakfast is is good.Staffs are accomodating and the location is accessible to metro and bus stop. The air-conditioning is not so cold.

Only negative side of the hotel is location. It is a little bit far from the center.

The room is clean , the parking Nothing

breakfast with enough choice, very smooth check-in and qualified personell maybe some more toileteries in bathroom - is a 4 star hotel

it's ok if AC doesn't work during April, but at least a fan would be an improvement

Check in is fast, stuff is friendly, bed was comfortable overall. I was expecting more from 4* hotel. Room was super dusty (I mean high amount of dust particles in the air). After placing my Apple Watch on a bedside table by morning it was all covered in dust. If you have allergy - you’ll have issues and blocked nose right away. Window isn’t opening even halfway, so don’t expect a fresh air. AC/fan isn’t working (at least in November). The worst soundproof I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t have any rest. I heard every word when neighbors were talking on a phone or went to a bathroom. They were were loud late at night and early morning. Every alarm, every sound - was same like it was in my room. I wasn’t ready to talk to a reception or hotel management to change rooms or to try and calm neighbors down, as I was very tired after all the flights and daily work i had to do.

Good breakfast and clean rooms, good locations with several food choices around Small relevators which were not good for hotel purposes and a little bit of long distance from metro station, walking around 25 min is not easy especially in hot weather!!!
-
The fact that it was not easily accessible via public transport, the lack of microwave and unfriendly staff

The breakfast was quite ok. the room was quite clean. The room despite the try to renovate looks quite "tired". Someone smoked in the room of the hotel and I felt it via the ventilation. Don't be surprised if you wake up at night from the cigarette smell in the room. It was disgusting. The bathroom was renovated I suppose but with pieces of old furniture still mounted to the walls. The number of towels is quite limited.

Clean hotel. Nice and quiet location. There’s a good Italian restaurant called Fraschettari where we had our dinner, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I liked that they have a variety of fruit offerings at breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pillows are very thin and they only provided one per guest

Hotel had good location about 10 minutes to bus stop. The breakfast was good and replenished quickly. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel states it has air conditioning but it doesn't state anywhere that sometimes the city makes them shut off the a.c. no where is this mentioned. The worst part of this is the hotel knows this and doesn't have fans in the room. I had to really complain until they found one desk fan for me. It's really unacceptable to say you have ac then can't provide at least a fan for people needing them. Also the bed we had when you sat down you could hear the springs. It was uncomfortable, also the throwing away of bottles late in the evening was very loud.

Location was great and the private parking included with stay was perfect. About a 15-20 minute taxi to the city center and places like Vatican city and the coliseum. Lots of lovely local restaurants in the area to try roman dishes. The bar in the lobby was great for an afternoon cappuccino in the garden with the lemon trees. We found the pillows really flat and I wasn't able to get wifi in the room to work for whatever reason.

Good stay but breakfast very basic

Nice and clean, with a good location for the metro station which made it easy to go in and out of Rome. Three stops to the Vatican, and five to the Spanish steps. Not much in the immediate surrounding area, but a decent supermarket for essentials next to the metro station. Had one bad experience at breakfast when we turned up 20 minutes before it was due to close and the waitress made it clear she didn’t want to accommodate us. When we raised the issue with reception, they didn’t really understand what we were trying to say so we ended up abandoning breakfast that morning and had to eat out which was not what we had in mind.
