Good location close to metro station The lady that gave us the keys doesn’t speak English, tiny room

Disappointing

I did not get any breakfast for the 3 nights spent there. The staff did not speak English and made no effort to use technology for translation. My room was never cleaned for the 3 nights. Not even the bins. I did not see any staff again after checking in.

It is near the metro, which can take you to the city centre in a few minutes. The lady wanted a money right after our arrival and just in cash. It is not that bad, but we paid part of full amount before arrival, which was one of the payment conditions, and she disscused with us, that we didn't pay anything before and she wants full amount in the cash... Next bad surprice was in the morning. We had a breakfast in the price and we get NOTHING! I wrote a lady and the answer was something that from April she doesn't do that... I really don't care.. We paid for the breakfast and didn't have it. She than sent me adress of some bar, where we had to come for breakfast for a free.. we didn't go there. We were really mad and it was our last time in this accommodation. Be careful about this lady!

I did like the location if you want to visit Rome I didn't like the fact everything it wasn't maintained, the accommodation , the room the utilities was too used and not replaced or repaired. The hole way has no ventilation at all, but the room wasn't bad at all

- The room looks the same as on the pictures - Everything was clean, we received new towels and bed sheets after 3 days - Great location with many options for commuting (Metro A, several bus) - Airport bus stops nearby - The bathroom does have a door, it is just hidden in the wall - Working WIFI (we watched movies without any technical/connection issue) - Working airconditioner - The lady who welcomed us was nice and friendly - The breakfast is a joke. It would be better if they would say that the breakfast is not included and ask lower price for the room. - They don't speak English at all. We were not able to communicate with the lady who welcomed us, even with google translate. If you run a business in the capital of Italy, you should know at least the most important words/sentences in English. - There are not enough cutlery and glasses/mugs - There were no staff at the apartment when we had to check out and we had to left the keys in the kitchen when leaving

The room was nice. The breakfast is a joke. Supermarket pastry and cookies. They charged me 15€ a day for cleaning, and during my 3 day stay, it wasn't cleaned once. So it's basically a scam.

clean, 6mins walk to subway station That was quite strange hotel. 1. Check in: I couldn’t get in front yard cause of course I didn’t have a key yet. I messaged to the hotel but no answer. I was waiting outside until some of neighbours opened the door. 2. Then there is a main door on the first floor . It’s closed also. When the receptionist finally answered me she told to push the number of their apartment ( it’s better to let it know in advance, right?) 3. The receptionist was nice but didn’t speak English well 4. Check out: I had to wait for receptionist till 10 am to give her a key. Without key I couldn’t open the front yard door so had to wait some of neighbours again 5. No breakfast 6. Wi-Fi didn’t work. 7. I don’t know what’s going on there but the system of check in/check out must be fixed.
