The apartment is modern, cozy. Location is great, downtown is reachable in 15 mins. There are great cafés and restaurants nearby, and a grocery store next to the building. Check in was not smooth. We wanted to check in at 11 instead of 12, but it was only possible at 1pm. To our surprise, there were other guests as well, we didn't know about. The kitchen area is shared. The pillow case was dirty. It was a bit difficult to communicate in English.

Shower door designed to open too little to fit anyone over 60kg. I had to manually wash. Breakfast is served in firm of prepackaged pastries, juice and coffee. No freshfruid or food offered.

They are fresh quiet clean rooms, friendly reception. The location is really great, it's only a 2 minute walk to the metro. We were and are very satisfied so no negatives

Enzo, the owner, is an excellent host. He waited for me until very late because of my traveling delays. He was very kind and comprehensible. The room where I stayed was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also very honest and good. The location is just some meters from Cornelia which was perfect in my case since it was close to the place where I was working. I didn't notice from the Booking information that the b&b is on the street floor, close to noisy street activity during the day, but not that intense by night (I have no problems during the night, so it is not a big issue).

Good location (next to metro), excellent breakfast, nice staff, very clean, parking garage nearby (the type of parking where you let your car and keys in somebody else's care and hope you'll see it again in one piece) short confusion upon arrival - we did not know this is actually a 3room flat on the ground floor of a normal appartement building, where each room is being rented separately. make sure you know which one you booked (in our case the one with 3 beds).. but we found the room, rang the bell, the staff is nice, no problem overall. due to mentioned other rooms, we had some noise during the night (obviously other guests might not have kids but rather go out etc) - no drama but some inconvenience with our little kids
