Everything is close to the hotel, and Metro C is very close. A very clean and safe hotel suitable for all budgets Everything was perfect

The location is really great, but we arrived at the hotel during the protests, so the metro was closed ? We got there by bike and tram. The room is very small, and the bathroom is even smaller. You literally can't open the door because it bumps into the bidet.

No breakfast, they got rid of it and unsure why.

Close to the bus and metro stop and comfortable beds. Around 40 minute bus ride from Ciampino airport.

That the staff helps with luggage upstairs. It’s a small hotel so the staff knows who is staying; therefore making me feel safe. I like the fact that the subway and bus station were so close. I like the fact that they are located in front of a McDonalds and in a central area of the community. I like that the rooms have a balcony. I like that this place had a/c and an electrical outlet by the bed. So convenient. The distance from the Vatican and city central. Residents would tell me that this location wasn’t the best. It takes 2 subways to make it to central Rome. If you aren’t out of your room by noon then the cleaning person would not clean your room. Shower doors are of little space. Shower area is small. Idk how a person of larger size would fit through the doors and in the shower. Toilet being next to the shower and on the other side the men’s toilet makes this important space cramped. I’m sure they wash the blankets, but hair gets stuck on the blanket. They need better quality blankets. They use some itchy ones but very warm. Basic room. It’s fair.

They clean your room everyday, just leave the keys at the reception. They also leave fresh towels for you every day. There's a mini fridge in the room, you can buy drinks and keep them cool. The surrounding area is full of shops and bars. There's a pharmacy and McD nearby which is open 24 hours a day, there's an ATM just around the corner, all the people speak english, there's also a nice laundromat nearby. Metro C station is just a min. Away. The pressure in the shower is amazing. The night manager is G.O.A.T, This is the best place to stay in Rome on a budget. The bed is very comfy, and the AC works very well. The cleaning lady is too nice and very polite. We stayed here for 8 days and we loved everything. Can hear other guests from nearby rooms.

The hotel is nice and tidy. Good position to reach the city center in about 40 minutes with a subway that is literally under the hot³ Maybe a little bit dated.
