The place is an ideal place a little far from the cities of Rome. It's about 30min with metro but very convenient if you know your way around. The place is ideal for adults as stated by the owner as there is a daycare around. The breakfast is snacks which was ok for us. The rooms are clean with private bathroom which is an extra plus for us. Rooms and towel gets cleaned and changed daily. Overall I had a good stay. No complain but the snack variety

The hotel was very clean, staff is very polite, the Wi-fi network works well, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is a little bit small but clean, everything in the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel is not the best. It is not very safe walking around in Alesandrino at night. We went out like 11 pm to go out for a drink and it was full of weed smokers and prostitutes.

The room has its own bathroom. Its a bit small but i guess the standard for small apartments. The nearest station is centocelle metro (line C) and can take you to the city center where you transfer lines or take a bus. Theres also a lidl and a eurospin nearby. My mom has difficulty ambulating so the distance from the hotel to the station is a bit difficult for her. The area is good for young families but just take note of the distance if anyone has issues with mobility.

    - The change the sheets and towels every day. - Wi-Fi was ok. - Not far from to a metro station. - I would have given a higher rating as the room looked clean, but unfortunately, there were some cockroaches roaming around. - The room was very small. There is no wardrobe, but something like a hole in the wall to place your stuff. - The location is not good. The neighborhood seems pretty bad, with sex workers and other shady characters in the streets. Litter on almost every corner (which seems common nowadays for some parts of Italy).

The accommodation is in the suburbs, but not on the outskirts of the city. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro, a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, the 451 bus runs frequently and takes you to many places (although not the very famous ones). There are many pizzerias and shops nearby (within 10–15 minutes walk). At first sight, the area doesn't seem friendly at night, but many people live here, and I didn't have any unpleasant experiences in the eight days I spent there. Everything was discussed with the host, everything worked well, I got what I expected. There is a communal breakfast area outside the room; breakfast was the usual Italian breakfast: juice, sweet pastries, yoghurt etc. The coffee was capsule but delicious, the kitchen was well-equipped. For those who would like to have more than just sweets for breakfast, it is worth buying cold cuts and bread on the way home, there is enough in the fridge. The room was fine: the bed was comfortable, regular cleaning. The bathroom was also well-equipped, although a bit small for me, but basically the accommodation was fine. It's easy to get into the city by metro C (green), but I basically went in the morning and came in the evening, because it takes about 1 hour to get from the accommodation to the Vatican or Trastevere (metro C goes to San Giovanni stop, from there you either have to take a bus or another metro, but in the city centre the buses are unreliable, and it's often easier and faster to walk.) The accommodation is one of the best value for money, although you have to accept that it is further out. I liked it. Actually, everything was fine. Maybe the bathroom was a bit small and the accommodation is not in the centre (but I knew that when I booked). But for the money, I don't think you can find this kind of accommodation in the centre. And what is hard to get used to in Italy: the sweet breakfast :-)

I liked this guest house for total comfort, nice breakfast, good price and guest orientated owner. The owner reacts to every guest's need immediately. I faced twice with little problems and I .m really glad by their solution. I recommend to all this guesthouse
