Great breakfast and clean room. The AC would not go lower than 22 Celcius, as an American thats a slight issue for us when sleeping haha.

Staff was friendly Breakfast was disappointing. There was a large group and there weren't enough places so people had to wait, which is not nice when you need to be somewhere on time

Breakfast selection is really poor. Hotel needs an upgrade. Sound isolation in the hotel is awfull. If you are a light sleeper, avoid it, you can hear every door in the hotel closing and everything happening in the next room.

Breakfast time is till 9:30 and I had to finish it in 5 minutes because of my late waking up :)

Parking opportunities available. Bed very comfortable, pillow as well (this was a plus!) Rather old building, not well maintained. Cleanliness a bit below standard. Sounds could be heard from close by rooms, not well isolated. Locking of room doors based on e-key, no lock available from the inside (available but not working). Breakfast opens only at 7:30, but they offer you coffee also a bit before.

I was extremely happy with the choice in hotels- The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I liked the fact that there was parking on the hotel properly. I didn't find the hotel lacking in any way- Perhaps the breakfast choices could have been better but even then I liked what was offered.

The room was a great size, super clean and super comfortable. Shower was large compared to the other showers in Europe. It’s a little outside of the city so had to take 2 metros to get back but I knew that when I made the reservations. However, the metro stop was a couple hundred feet from the hotel and the bus stop was directly in front. Super convenient. The area is a little rough but that is literally almost everywhere in Rome unless you’re staying in a 5 star hotel. However, I never felt unsafe.

The neighborhood seems to be not very safety - we had thief attempt on our car which was parked in front of the hotel.
