This was such a lovely hotel at the perfect location- within minutes of the Navona plaza by foot but just far enough for it to be extremely quiet and peaceful. We even discovered an incredibly local, highly rated restaurant 3 minutes walk away where the menu was all in Italian with no English! The staff were phenomenal and so, so kind. I appreciated that as a hotel, there was someone at the front desk at all hours of the day. Everyone greeted us with a smile everytime we came in and out, and they even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport on our last day. The truly went above and beyond. We had some leftovers we brought back and asked them if it would be ok for us to use the microwave in the kitchen. They saw our leftover containers were metal, so they helped us transfer them onto actual plates, heated it up for us to bring back to our room to eat, and then we were able to return the plates and utensils back after we were finished. Such phenomenal service! The breakfast looked delicious as well but we we ate out since there were so many different restaurants around us. Our actual room was quite large, extremely clean, quiet, and had the most beautiful view. Housecleaning came by everyday and the coffee was always refilled. There is a small grocery store right next door where we picked up fruits and drinks to bring back. Overall I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely book it again if we have the pleasure of returning to Rome. Nothing! Everything was phenomenal

The reception staff were brilliant, especially the gent in the suit (didn’t catch his name). They were extremely helpful, the hotel had great Aircon and an amazing location!

We chose the option to have breakfast included - and it was a great decision! There was an excellent variety of options (cold and warm, savory and sweet). The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for all 3 of us, including in the bathroom. The staff was also excellent, often going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even arranged a take with us breakfast box for the day our tour started before the breakfast was open. The location was also fantastic! Easy to get to all the places in Rome that are common spots to see. Although close to all of those spots, it was on a quiet side street so the street noise was minimal to non-existent. It felt like we were staying in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to all the things. No notes on this hotel - everything was great!

The location was excellent especially for a first time traveler to Rome. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help which was a great plus! There was nothing I didn’t like about the property at the price point. If you are looking for more luxury than I would not highly recommend this place, but otherwise I thought it was fantastic.

Walking distance to piazza Navona, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and other famous monuments. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing
