Random charges for the room that weren’t included in the original price. Also the keys are huge and outdated which is very inconvenient.

Near Piazza Navona and walking distance from the colosseum and Vatican, this was a great location! We were right above the ancient front door so it was really loud when people came in and slammed the door at night. There were also motorcycles driving down the street all night. We had to wear our earplugs from the plane to sleep! I think the other rooms were probably quieter, though.

Location is great . Also, the receptionist was always available and very friendly. Room is small.

This was our second time staying here mainly because of the location. It is close to so many interesting places. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed conversing with them every time I passed by. The rooms are very compact. This time I got the room with an extra single bed which helped as we used it to place our clothes. The closet was super shallow and had a strong smell. I still used it for a few items after spraying some cologne in it which did not help much. Walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the hallway and other rooms.

There was no breakfast. Location was great The toilet was hard to flush.

Location The room does not match the pictures. There is only one mirror in the washroom, and no others are available for getting ready. The washroom has limited space to change clothes. Additionally, the ceiling has mold, and the water drain is clogged. It appears to be a very old room with white paint, which was likely styled to look more attractive in the photos. Attaching the Mold pictures, won't recommend

Mould in the bathroom, 1 blanket for 2 people, we asked few times for a second one. Also it was written that we have kettle, but there weren’t, we asked for it, and the they gave us a broken one.

The location was great, I could walk to any of what I considered to be the main attractions, like The Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, etc. There wasn't much I didn't like, I was not used to the reception being on the second floor of the building but it worked out just fine.

The room was exceptionally clean. It was a tad small and there were no tea/coffee making facilities. There was only the twin beds with very little space between. So no armchair or table to sit at or write at.

Location was very central we could walk to most of the tourist attractions .A lot of restaurants nearby too . Should have pick a bigger room . The room was kind of small and the toilet was small too . Could not open out luggage .

Close to the action. Very clean. Modern. The staff was great and helped with local travel arrangements. Smallish room. Room temperature controls only heat or AC - no in-between.

Location was convenient to be in the old town of Rome. Our room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it. Not extremely strong smell but it was there. The room was extremely small.

There is nearby restaurants and sightseeing. Room is also clean and nice and there was an elevator that made it easier for us since we had luggage The staff is also very friendly, they let us leave our bags after checkout

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, as we were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions like the Vatican, Colosseum, and Trastevere. It made exploring Rome very convenient and enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. After long days of walking, it was such a relief to return to a peaceful place, as the hotel is located on a small, quiet road away from the crowds. The AC works very well, too. A big thank you to the reception staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They always did their best to help us and provided useful items like umbrellas when we needed them. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Rome for several nights. It’s a perfect base for discovering the city on foot Zhaniya and Dinara from Kazakhstan
