Everything. Staff were amazing, bed was super comfortable, detailed instructions, free luggage storage, room access through phone, central to Rome.

Fantastic location. Walking distance close to everything. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Cabs close by. Restaurants, shopping, Rome landmarks all nearby. The staff was very helpful. Liked everything.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great for us based on what our plans were. We liked and used the balcony. Our room was a little small and would get warm. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee shop or something in the lobby.

No breakfast. Only instant coffee . No pastries Wash cloths, more sink space.

The location is amazing! You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It was in a safe area, located in an apartment. The staff was really friendly! Everything was good, cleaning might have been a little bit better (I wouldn’t say it was dirty). Not having any stuff between 8 pm - 8 am might be tricky in case you need some help.

The location was absolutely amazing. It’s very close to the main bus station, with plenty of taxis around, and within walking distance of all the important sightseeing spots in Rome. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The staff were incredible, especially the girls at the reception. A special thank you to them – they were always so helpful, kind, and welcoming. Truly the best! They made us feel at home from the very first moment. A special thanks as well to the cleaning staff – you guys do a wonderful job! The room was cleaned every single day, and very thoroughly. Everything was spotless, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable. The mattresses were very soft ( that’s a personal preference, of course ), comfort was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect.

The lady at the hotel front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We liked it that you don’t need keys to get into the building and the room. You can open the doors with your phone. The location was excellent . The water pressure in the shower was very weak. We had to keep the window open because the AC was in winter mode and it was hot in the room , but the street is rather noisy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our delayed check in time. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The hotel was within walking distance from almost every main stop, which allowed us to return to the room easily and take short breaks during the hot days in Rome. The room was clean and serviced daily. I would definitely consider staying here again. The staff were also very attentive – even though we arrived very late for check-in, the receptionist kept in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. The only thing I wish was different is the balcony – don’t expect a view, I would have loved it if it had a nicer scenery.

- Newly renovated boutique hotel in an old building - Great location in the heart of old Rome - Generally helpful staff - A/C was very good - keeping us cool during the hot summer outside - Unfortunately, the A/C broke after our first night's stay. (We didn't even notice - the hotel staff did while we were out.) Consequently, we were asked to interrupt our sightseeing in the middle of the day to go back to the property and switch rooms. This was the only inconvenient experience I would note. - The new room had great A/C for the rest of the stay, but was also a lot smaller than our initial room.

Property is in a great location, very clean and staff were kind. The location is close to many attractions.

Great staff, really large and comfortable room. Great location to see Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi fountain, Castle Sant’Angelo. Slightly far from Colosseum, but still walkable. Castle Sant’Angelo is about 5 min walk. There are restaurants by the river from where you can see the Castle lit up at night. These restaurants are less than 5 mins from the hotel. Taxi stand is less than 5 mins. Bus stop is less than a min. Didn’t bother us, but the main entrance door opens right onto the side walk. Everything else this place offers dwarfs this aspect.

The air conditioner was amazing. Room and the bathroom were clean. The building was very quiet, although our window was facing the street. When using the shower, if keeping the water running, water will not discharge easily from the drain, so we had to shut it off during the shower to help the drainage.
