Very friendly, attentive staff. Wonderful right-sized breakfast buffet with great coffee. Room was clean and comfortable. Greater control over the room temperature- which is centrally controlled- would be ideal (especially during a hot summer).

It’s so quaint and basically offers everything you need if you’re passing through the city. The rooms were bigger than I expected, and the staff were so kind! Things are slightly worn. Most things weren’t exactly new - but nothing major or hard to deal with.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. The driver dropped us off on the main street and told us to walk up this small alleyway/road to the hotel, about 50 yards or so. We found it only due to the initials on the windows and it took a minute to find the front door. The room was small as expected, but we couldn't get the temperature down past 80 degrees in the room. It was 100 degrees outside, so opening a window wasn't an option. We slept a bit uncomfortably. We wouldn't stay there again as the price paid wasn't worth our experience. There are less expensive options in Rome.

Very nice location close to the central sites of Rome. A good breakfast and nice sized rooms. Easy checkin and helpful staff.

Location was the highlight here. Very close to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The manager did provide a fan upon request to help drown out street noise. Pretty basic accommodations. The family suite we had was on the first floor and it was noisy with two large street-side windows right above the bed. Also there was a door on one side of the suite but not the other-so limited privacy.

Room was very small and there were few places to put clothes or toiletries. But I suspect this is very common. Overall the experience was great.

It's an outstanding little hotel. The staff are really great. The breakfast is especially nice. I use this hotel to stay one or two nights on my way in or out of Rome. Like all affordable hotels in Rome, the rooms are on the small side, but not uncomfortable.

The staff and location made it the perfect place to stay! The rooftop was a serve yourself setup.
-
The breakfast was so unexpected! My choice of coffee was made and served just for me! There was a wide variety of food!

close to everything. lovely cafes and fun place.

This was our second stay here. We like the location for easy access to most of the sites, quiet street, close to taxi stand and all the restaurants around Piazza Navona. Simple but plentiful breakfast, made to order coffee. Staff is the best! Nothing

Breakfast was delicious! Nice variety of items. Service was good as well. Location was amazing! Close to all must see tourist sites. Located on a beautiful quiet street filled with shops and restaurants. No complaints.

Despite this, the hotel refused to refund even the two nights we did not stay, showing zero understanding or empathy for the situation. Instead of support, we received cold, dismissive communication and excuses about “protocols” that were never mentioned while we were there. It’s extremely disappointing to see a hotel prioritize money over basic human decency. If you value compassion, transparency, and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Staff exceptionally friendly, tasty breakfast in cosy setting. Great location, would come again

Accessible. Walking distance to Novena, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain . You have to bring charger adaptor .People are loud in the back building .No air condition.

The black and white motif does not stand up well to constant use. The chipping paint makes it look like it is not cared for. The lack of carpet makes every noise heard between rooms. Better lighting would also be helpful as well as more than one chair per room.
